Because all builders are affected due to some "report" that is out saying the market has peaked and is about to go backwards, its bull sheet as our results show, but a downward movement will always happen until the market gets a grip of itself , if your in London its a relevant report if you anywhere else its not

ERV, agree with everything you say , but I guess i am an eternal optimist :-) I wrote the value of these shares off mentally a long time past , so easy for me to say i guess

There were only 15 trades yesterday totaling around 25 thousand shares and only 2 today totaling less than 3000 neither of which is significant to the overall number of shares in circulation.It is the MM'S messing around with the spread that is bring the SP down , not a deluge of sells or buys . I personally do not think anything is wrong other than the strong stench of the previous management still pervading the the vicinity of this share, the current board, I believe, is concentrating on the business , not the current share price . BUT IT IS FRUSTRATING !!!

Has bobbed up and down for years, but had higher ups than downs generally hence it has been a good growth stock so far. I see nothing to change that as yet and its paying s decent div now, think I will hold for another year or so at least

There is no Crystal ball as far as the market is concerned , its not nailed on that the sp will go down by 34.4 and stay there. A few years ago i was holding just short of 10,000 PSN shares at an average of around �7, it rose to about �10 or thereabouts, i thought it was being driven by the first big divi and redistribution of cash and that a big sell off was due after exdiv so i sold and was very happy with a nice profit banked.Trouble is they are now �28.50 so lost out big style but you pays your money and you take your chance. I did buy into BDEV and after top slicing along the way now hold 11,000 at an SP of eff all so what goes around eh my take for what its worth is we take a dip then a nice climb back up within weeks based on the companys performance

Pretty sure the offer was meant to be unacceptable, as far as I am aware, anyone can now make a counter offer during the 28 day period which ends, I believe, on the 26th (as all the disclosures have been made) lets wait and see ( I am not hoping for an offer incidentally)

Is there likely to be another offer from someone else before the period closes, if not it will cost me �100 which i will gladly donate as offered

Probably not to be honest depending on your view, if someone is going to make an offer it has to be before the 26th October (I think). It would probably be because they can see the long term potential of smart building tech and want to get in on the ground floor as cheaply as possible (all investors including us PI want the same thing).Personally I would like to stick with it and see where it goes, but depending on how the offer is made that option could be taken away. We will just have to wait and see, pretty sure that the offer is not going to come from AP though

If there is not a offer before the end of the regulatory period ( not from AP) I will give £100 to a charity of popular choice . Blame old age , algarve wine , sunshine
