Yes they did only last week
All going up, you should always ignore the first flurry though , but its promising
But the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund (worth a trillion dollars) announced 2 days ago that it was dumping part of of its fossil fuel portfolio ?(worth $37 billion) it is voting through a $7.5 billion dollar sell off as it thinks it can get better returns elsewhere mmmmmm . Middle East maybe , they came up with a similar amount for Barclays a few years ago in a heart beat
L2 Is showing some nice buys after hours (or publishing them after hours)
1,200,000 @ 19.32 p buy at 16.56 pm so someone is feeling positive , there were some other nice buys as well
An update means something new worth mentioning , over time you can forget what a true kn0bhead sounds like, thanks for reminding me
Is that the old bullsheeter in chief DB is now selling fire extinguishers from a company worth £89 in total

Now that really is how to tell a tale, read em and weep, he has made several people millionaires apparently (read the last one first)
oh well I suppose if you want to call the fact that the loss making NZ Company has increased its customers by 22 % is any kind of news and you are happy with that old chestnut "in line with market expectations" ( which could easily mean that the the market was expecting it to do sheet and it has, that would be "if" the market had any expectations in the first place which I doubt) then good for you.
in my view its kicking the can further down the road from the "leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings" which due to the size of its turnover, which is in tiddler territory, is either a very small market if they are at the head of it or just more BS from BS central
Erm , its entitled "Trading update" which is when we would expect to get updated ,
April will be entitled "Year end results" when we would expect to get year end results
Of todays RNS , it says nothing that we do not know and absolutely nothing new except year end figures end of April ? why Frank ? there's not much to count is there but it will tell us how much money has been burnt in the last year
Ha good day to you
the little angel is coming up to 2 this month, time does fly does it not, she is a treasure so long may it continue
Carvoeiro at Xmas now there's a thought but family is more important at that time of year, hope you stayed somewhere nice like the Tiv, did not get there last year as we had too many things going on, including moving home which gets harder as you get older, never again hopefully, found a lovely place , very quiet, nice little village with no builders wrecking the place like our last place.
Still working, mainly because I still enjoy it, but its getting closer, looking at an exit strategy at the moment, trying to align the wifes retirement with mine which is difficult as she is a tad younger that me. if i go on my own not sure the liver would survive.
Black cashermere ? I do hope it was not someone too close , hope the day is not too traumatic, its a fact though at a certain time of life you go to more funerals than holidays it seems
all the best , by the way its alright to go "off topic" here as there is no topic as far as I can see, just the occasional bovine poo, maybe they will surprise us this year , not holding my breath though
I wonder how long it will take them to publish the accounts, Apart from a big lump of our cash, there is little to audit that could not be done on quick books in a week.I will be very interested to see how much has been burnt during this period with little or no news
"IF Carlsberg did fund raising they wouldn't use CF"
If they built mines , they would
I will top up another 100,000 and be happy at that , would you based on today's RNS and presentation ? which I see as positive. A lot seems to be made of information only seeming to be in the relative short term ,but surely that is the nature of the beast, the people on all sides of these very complex negotiations, will by necessity, keep their cards tightly to their chests. HMG of whichever persuasion is in at the time, will not only want to, but will need to, be involved with a project that will bring such a massive regeneration and injection of jobs and cash into an area that is in great need following that demise of large areas of traditional industry for the area. They will be able to claim the credit for creating the Northern Powerhouse so widely promised (whether they had anything to do with it or not) £1.5 billion is peanuts to HMG for that kind of Kudos, especially as it has been widely pointed out on here, its only a gaurantee to be paid in the event of a failure, which I believe not happen, just my thoughts though
Absolutely agree with you 100 %
But can I suggest very respectfully that we do not turn this board into a Brexit board as has happened in so many others, we have a good story here and hopefully a good future, Brexit or not Brexit
I do not care if you report me or not and I am sorry to here about your circumstances of which I was unaware, but that does not give you the right to say what you wish without being taken to task by people who do not agree with your tone or comments. I could tell you about my own circumstances but will not bother, it’s my business not Lloyd’s forums. When I left my original post I said respectfully, that on most forums mean non confrontational you chose to be confrontational not me, it’s not my style . Good luck for the future
Could we stop banging on about Brexit now
Simply put we were offered a referendum by the tories if they were put back in power (to help them get back in)
Which they were by a sizable majority
The referendum was voted through parliament with barely any opposition
The Question asked was should we stay or leave
The majority voted leave
If labour had won the election with a similar majority they would have respected that as democracy in work
The question was not stay or "Crash out of the EU"
Yes both sides were perpetrators of terminological inexactitudes
We did not vote to leave the EU only if we were prepared to accept any deal that was in their ultimate interest
Anything other than a straight leave is a serious afront to our democratic process and far more important in my view
