That's good to know and good luck on your holdings that I am sure will go much further North and very soon. I agree some of the high SP mentioned seem to be a wee bit on the high side and in my personal circumstances would love to see 6 / 8p sooner rather than later, I would be very content with that for sure.

Why the sudden change of Heart as only a few days ago you stated :-

Rather than spend the whole day agonising over minute to minute price movements I am chilling out and daydreaming about how I am going to spend all the money coming my way. When (not if) the sp gets to double figures I am going to be a very happy chap!

IF you read my post it quite clearly explains the "stop silly sells " as those small under £1000 and many at less that £100 dragging the SP back and this was only YESTERDAY when we were trying to break 4p that's all. I have never told people what to do with their dealings as this is their business nobody else's I recall many on here slating SB of selling some shares. I also explained about buying a few more premium bonds with thanks to some profit from here, now whats wrong with that ?????

Arnie If it is any of your business as you seem to be posting mine over the board. I sold 112K TW shares over a few weeks and those bought a very large amount here at GGP and yes I did put aside an amount to "top up" on the NS&I and yes I did put aside some for a new car on the sale of about 30% of those purchased from the TW sell and kept the rest. I hold a very large amount here and it would be stupid not to move some into other things needed or wanted.

I hope you have all the information now so that we can get back to GGP in general.

Forgive me but I did NOT predict 10% that was another poster. I said "My conservative "GUESS" is 5p by Friday if the buying continues and all these "silly little sells stop", taking into account the due news and results from the Road show. So how you are confused I do not understand ??
Yes I did hold TW but sold ALL to buy additional GGP and got a very nice profit on those sold, and yes at the time I resold those and put the money aside for other things that I wanted. I point out that I did not sell any of my existing GGP that are in another account I only sold those from my TW share sale. I hope that relieves you of any confusion. That's what Share dealing is all about making a bit of profit as TW not moving anywhere at the time. Where I stated stop selling was when the SP was rising yesterday at a very quick rate and there were many "small shares at under £1000" that was dragging the SP back and I recall my exact words that said "There seems to be many smaller sells and if they would just stop and hold for an hour or so maybe the SP will have a bit of room to get to 4p, they keep selling then the SP drops back again, why cant these see that ???? STOP selling I might help !!!!

Sounds good to me, and if the step outs are as good and still "open" !!! as we all hope for, yes I agree 6p+ within a few weeks for sure, lets hope they are excellent for a wee bit more :-))))))))

Thanks for your information and I will have a look at BDEV together with here. Unfortunately my sell 4.50 limit did not reach the sell price so have to wait now to see what goes on next week, it may go up again, so may be lucky in that sense as my last sell at 4 p that I "cancelled" went nutty up to where it is now. 4.35 so its just as well I cancelled the 4p. Have to play this one very carefully though as its not worth selling if the price is still rising and far quicker than any builder ATM. Keeping my powder dry as they say.

Morning all, and well done to all GGP holders.

After a brilliant past week and all the speculation on where the share price is going 10/20/30p and some chatting on about take overs ( that personally I can not see happening, not in the near future anyway ) together with the due news and results from the Road show. Were do we honestly see the SP Monday ? My conservative guess is 5p by Friday if the buying continues and all these silly little sells stop. Personally it would be quite reasonable to expect 6p withing a few months being realistic but IMO all the talk about 20/30p atm is a distant dream, I admit I could be wrong but honestly I can not see that at this point in time or in fact the remainder of 2020. So can we have some reasonable and sensible suggestions to discuss for the weeks ahead.

I too have just set a sell limit up at 4.50 this will take me totally down to nil cost share. I doubt it will see 4.50 now today and will set up again next week. If TW keep going down I will buy a bunch very soon, hope at 2.08.

Still down on paper with Rock :-(( wish I never got involved with them so far anyway!!!!!
