Thanks so much for that post its like looking in a mirror exactly what I am feeling and thinking, I could not have put that better myself so a great thanks to you. I thought I was going bonkers lol. Never had so much luck. I sold all of my Taylor Wimpey shares and put the lot in GGP as I could not think of anywhere else better.
My average is now 0.01835 so very content with that, so at 0.0367 I will be 100% up on my holding and never been that good before so very happy, thanks to GGP for sure.

Looking forward for some more great news.

When you consider the results and fantastic interest so far, it has been suggested by some very respected intelligent investors that what we already have can / will be mined even without further good results even if they were poor. So in my opinion those that have bought in can not lose at all ? correct me if I am wrong but this seems a no brainer for sure, what is your opinion or am i being a bit optimistic. It seems to simple / good to be true, never known anything like it in all my years trading for sure. To top it off I have not seen one bad report or news in regards to GGP everything has been positive and great news. If we have further good or better step results this will just be a very nice bonus.

Yes I seen that and what a result. Things seem to get better every day as news come in. I feel a 4p+ coming very soon and when we get the next step out results the sky's the limit. What a share and I can not believe my luck so far, hope it last's, best I have ever done so far in all the years trading. The thing is I can not see this going negative at all as what we have ATM is enough to mine so IMO there is no way to lose.
Will be buying a load of TW and others sooner rather than later I hope.

Can you substantiate why, thanks ? GGP / Newcrest have spent millions drilling and their price is just over that now, so 3p seems a bit much IMO.

That made me laugh about the potholes, about right for sure :-)

Yes will be buying back TW. ASAP as soon as I can off load some GGP ( 4p ) is my target and that is not far off, will now sell 25% of total GGP and that's around 4 mli shares, that will be spent on TW before EXDD for sure. Will then consider other builders for another 25% then keep the rest for a free ride to wherever it goes. :-)))

Up 13% now @ 3.60, I had a good feeling it would go up, hence my post last night Sun 18:38. My feeling is that it will hit 4p early this week and Nige was saying he would sell at 2.5 lol.

Keep your eye's open for it !!!!

Hope it goes up a lot more as if it does I will buy a shead load here and psn, bdev, bwy and rdw as Nige suggests. In it to win it as they say.

Don't understand why you were worried about a 7% fall in GGP after a rise of 23% ????? This as you know was a small fall back after the update with a spike to follow then a small fall back, this is normal for most shares !! IMO you would be bonkers to sell if it went down to 2.5, (IF EVER !!) have some faith, If it did I would buy a load more, lol

Have not sold any for the time being and waiting for 4p+ and that is only a % of holding.

TW doing well so far today and it would be great to see them up to 2.20 by close :-)

Hi RogueR, Only a friendly tip but everyone to their own.

Don't see why GGP is effected by "temporary panic in China - and the SP already appears to be on the wane ????" as they are in Western Australia and are an exploration company ?? The company doing the Mining are Newcrest the biggest Gold miner in Australia.
The SP has been on the increase and as others will rise and fall as is normal with share movement. The reason it increased late last week was due to some great news and the fall back is normal after the news settled in. It is expected again as normal to fall back a bit more but nothing to worry about.

But keep your eye on them just for fun to see what happens, especially this week. :-)

There has been quite a bit of chat re the current SP, all over the place in fact. Being serious can anyone see this falling "back under 3p" with all the latest news and excitement and all the new news expected in the coming weeks ?? Personally I would be very surprised to see us falling below 3p again as this seems to be very underestimated ATM and should already be above 4p at least, IMO of course.
