as noted… their £43m value is based on their standard 20% market risk factor for a project at pfs stage… gives some margin for any existing value in the historical project infrastructure that they have currently excluded from this…

couldn’t wait so have done it the other way around… sonora’s post tax npv10 was $605m for a $420m capex… in comparison to amapa’s post tax npv10 at $949m for a $399m capex… 157% or 1.57x…

appreciate that ev… i’m basing on the absolute worst case assumption that 100% of our market value is now attributed to amapa alone… i.e. nil for everything else… giving me an absolute maximum market valuation for amapa today at £60m… it’s obviously less than this yes and could very well be as little as £5m… which is absolutely outrageous…

particularly now that the amapa market valuation is sitting at max £18m for 30% (100% £66m)… based on today’s pfs and our closing price of 11p… discounted some 50% if you deduct a bit of value for our other assets…

i’m interested to understand if whilst… ‘we recognise that there is still much work to complete at amapá… which will ultimately deliver a feasibility study’… will result in our further investment using the remaining 19% dipb financing… to take us up to our 49% ownership…

any particular reason why they would use a 10% discount rate… for such a short project duration… rather than 8%…

yep… ebitda now averaging $235m per annum for a 16year lom… the financials stack up much better now than what we had for the basis of the jrp… apart from the revenue from the stockpiles being lost that is…

why would that be when it shows a 34% IRR and 4 year payback…
