Appreciated news… Tesla is definitely in a position to negotiate with mexico on the back of their gigafactory development to unlock their historical offtake interests in our sonora jv… and tesla have already commenced construction of their own lithium processing plant in Texas capable of processing lithium clays no less… amongst other more conventional ores… coincidence or forward planning… all those speculations made many years ago could indeed become real…
Can this be verified… it doesn’t acknowledge any of the recent nationalisation measures and doesn’t seem plausible to me… is mexital mining supposed to be referencing mexalit with the letters scrambled up…
Lithium is the primary metal used to manufacture rechargeable batteries which is the main component in Tesla’s electric vehicles. The lithium in Sonora is already being “exploited by Bacanora Lithium company and Mexital Mining” which is a joint partnership with Tesla.[25] The lithium mining has caused severe environmental issues that violate the provisions under the Sonora River Trust...
Nonetheless it is good progress and another three ✔️’s off the todo list…
PCA and RCA completed and submitted to Amapá State Environmental Agency ("SEMA")… ✔️
SEMA have agreed to an expedited environmental process… ✔️
life-of-mine sampling, collecting approximately two tonnes of material completed and ready to ship to china for processing… ✔️
Is that a net 0.1%… i.e. can you offset your shareholdings against shorts (owned and/or borrowed)…
1% shares & 1% shares owned sold short = net zero (below 0.1%)…
1% shares & 1% shares borrowed sold short = net zero (below 0.1%)…
???
Thoughts if we don’t get the +8.4% tr-1… what’s the % reporting threshold… i don’t remember them tr-1’ing last time… which was for the 4.6% placing… are they that short to get the sp so far down they now have a net zero holding… incl warrants… can’ts… call the 👮 👮 👮…
Lol… it’s 8.4% for £500k at 3p as stated… but yep… it’s so annoying… i might have to indulge again myself when it drops to 3p/share… that’s 25% cheaper than even your lowest ever legacy buys bannor… anyone’s buys ftm… criminal… (the warrants are 5p btw… giving a 4p av overall for the £1.33m investment)…
Yes… $550k for 0.5% is the same as $1.1m for 1%…
in total i think by construction we’ll get another 1.4%… ballpark…
sep to mar = 6months ($1.1m/1%)…
1month = $0.18m/0.16%…
mar to dec = 9months ($1.6m/1.5%)…
Simply the rate of cash burn to do what they’ve done between then and now… and anticipating a similar cash burn to take us from now until the end of the year / beginning of construction… that with see us at 35% ownership of amapa…
Why?… if you don’t already know… we are funding amapa… kdnc…
At the end of September 2023, Cadence's total investment in the Amapá Project stood at approximately US$12.1 million, with the equity stake in the project standing at 32.6%. As of March 28th 2024, Cadence's total investment in the Amapá Project had increased by approximately US$1.1 million to a total investment of approximately US$13.2 million, and consequently the equity stake in the project now stands at 33.6%.
If the two are the same… it’s possible that the project level equity was conditional on this happening as part of that… i suppose… with it happening on the last day of the tax year ending 2014… may mean that it will have all been off the table today…
They don’t seem to be using that… and from what i can see… with the warrants… this will take us up to the point of construction and c35% amapa… 17mins…
https://youtu.be/5DTCChBU_fA?si=UR0Y-FYY5vySmtRu …
33,333,334 x 4p = £1,333,333…
8.4% tr-1 awaited from the single institutional investor next week…
I thought that was the plan… priorities our investments into unlisted assets… masters of our own destiny… having experienced the exodus of loads of shareholders in the past who sold out to invest directly into our uk listed assets… aka emh & bcn… there’s only one way you can invest into amapa and/or sonora in the uk right now… and that’s here…
