Hesperian and Cadence have agreed to an exclusivity period terminating in the Q1 of 2025. Cadence will complete its full due diligence during this period, and both parties will look to finalise a definitive investment agreement. As part of the exclusivity Cadence will issue 1,666,667 new ordinary shares to the introducers of the Projects, which will be subject to a 12-month lock in. Our joint venture has continued to engage with SEMA and other relevant authorities. SEMA recently requested that the Amapá project obtain standard clearances from federal, state, and municipal authorities for the railway license. These have been submitted, and we are awaiting responses. We have requested an update regarding the timeline and will inform the market once SEMA has provided guidance...
4-weeks into the new year… you’d think they’d have chased up by now and got some sort of commitment from whoever needs to respond… unless… as said previously… the licences trigger something that’s not quite ready to be triggered yet… (they’ve awarded themselves those rock bottom 💵 options already… so it’s not those holding it up now)…

I’d like to think that the institutional standard discount of -84.2% at pfs stage is the absolute minimum value that our bod should be looking to achieve right now… plus a premium for the inherent value of amapá…
