So then… the fact that we have published on our website the exact number of shares (38,806,445) and % holdings (11.84) that lynchwood nominees now hold… would imply to me that lynchwood have notified us via an appropriate tr-1 of same… in the same way all our other significant shareholders / nominees must have done by the reporting deadline date for us to update our significant shareholders page on 21st july…

No-one else had that deja vu moment then… the 1 week delay in the issue of the shares and omission of the warrants gave it away for me… can’t remember when exactly… but i’m 99% sure it’s happened before… 🤔

Could be a record turnout this year then… got a feeling that the chair’s gonna need to pull a few more from the can’t be bothered’s than he’s needed to do in the past… if they still want to show a unanimous ~5:1 vote in favour of the bod’s recommendations… or lose a few under the carpet…
