thanks for that… agreement is to use up to 22% of indo’s 73% shareholdings to raise the $24m dipb(2) financing… if needed… with no diluting affect on kdnc’s shareholdings… kdnc having 1st right of refusal to acquire such shares…

basically indo will be funding the dipb(2) financing… with 22% of their shares… based on an amapa valuation at $110m…

how does that work on the four companies accounts… legally… we’re capitalising costs for investments and services provided directly to dev… indo are giving kdnc $3.3m of their pba shares… can you just do that like that… i know i can’t…

ev… $9.3m cost… are you assuming that they allotted new pba shares for this transaction… do we know how many shares pba had/have in issue yet… i’m assuming there’s 110m shares valued @ $1 each… now that we’ve hit the jrp pre-pfs target value of $110m… ;)
