ebitda was reported at $138m pa in our investment presentations… confirmed on a later released jrp spreadsheet… which from memory was based on 14yr lom and 19year project… i.e. $138m av x 19yr = $2.6bn…
we currently own 30% of it…

applies to them all really… not just tesla… they’re just years ahead of the rest…

it’s a no brainier if they still want their lithium for about $6,000/t lce… plus inflation…

they might do a swap…

are they distancing themselves too…

i think the issue is specifically with china not foreign/uk… god save the king… but another thing to consider is… bacanora lithium are a uk listed company… would that give the indirect route into mexico that ganfeng could need / use as a loophole in this instance… could explain the redom before ganfeng’s investment… as it sounds like they’d be being kicked out of bacanora already if it was still canadian listed…

they were always intending to contract mine the lithium as far as i am aware… that’s the easy bit… it’s the processing to battery grade that will be needed if they did kick ganfeng out of sonora… who would build the lithium processing plant i wonder… if not ganfeng… integrated into the mine and / or battery gigafactory… (you’ve answered that already in the other thread below i think… lol)…

our pm is attending cop-27 now too… hopefully fully briefed on kdnc.uk’s 30% jv involvements in sonora lithium…

yep… i’ve been tracking the ramp in amapa value based on the corporate transactions… this latest one being a bit of a surprise… but could explain why it was 27% up to that point…
dipa $2.5m for 20% (100% $12.5m)…
dipb(1) $3.5m for 7% (100% $50m)…
dipb(1-2) $3.3m for 3% (100% $110m)…
should get more interesting in the run up to christmas now…
dipb(2) remaining $20.7m for 19% (100% $110m)…
i’ve only assumed 110m shares in issue as it makes all my sums easier (@$1/share) now amapa has attained the $110m value…

remind me where are we expecting our pfs to pitch at now again… $770m… $880m… $990m… or more…
