valuation on the 70ktpa jv project was npv $2bn at $6,500/t lce… sensitivity npv +$333m per $500/t lce… which can be quickly updated to today’s lithium prices for the sale…

the jv’s mexilit and megalit then being owned…

35% lithiomex…

which if mexico wants majority control could then also buy out our jv’s taking them to 65% of those… with a majority also on the expanded dfs project by virtue of our interests in that…

me too… sonora lithium ltd (uk) is still split 50:50… primed to become the jv co… 50% bacanora shares that could be retained by bacanora lithium ltd (uk)… 50% ganfeng shares that they could sell to lithiomex and rename accordingly…

that was stolen from it’s shareholders in a very underhanded manner… with mexican approval…

no we haven’t… that is the second tranche of our investment… not the dipb loan financing…

i believe we still have loan guarantees over any of the stockpiles owned by dev… and will do so until the total $30m dipa + dipb loan financing to dev is completed…

i.e. the guarantees over the 3 stockpiles are still in place…

dipb isn’t completed yet… still $20.7m 19% outstanding…

yes… understand that… the loans we made to dev to get the project restarted… direct at the time… are now via pba… for our 30% ownership of dev via pba… and are part of the dipa and dipb financing… i’m specifically referring to indo sino’s 70% ownership which is by the transfer of their credit into pba… that will still have the same guarantees over the same stockpiles as it had previously i would think…

appreciate that the repayments for the pba credit might not be made to pba until the periods agreed in the plan… but the rns does specifically refer to 3 stockpiles… so if those 1.3mt stockpiles are the only dev stockpiles that exist… those are ones…

so the credit is still in the ground then…

our joint venture partner indo sino will own 73% (now 70%) of pba by assigning its registered creditor rights and pledge over three iron ore stockpiles it holds in the amapá project to pba…
did we ever establish where these pba stockpiles are located… other that the fact that they’re not the banks ore stockpiled at our port… or is pba’s credit ore still in the ground/mine…

how much credit was it that indo transferred into pba again…
