Reported your post of 16 Feb johnychainlocker, you have utilised the heading "FCA making arrests" which is a false and misleading statement, when you have then gone on to post a response you had from the FCA which suggests absolutely nothing of the sort, it is their bog standard response to any complainant.

It doesn't matter who might have initiated the heading, you have used it in response to them posting a response from the FCA that alludes to nothing of the sort actually happening. End of.

People can look at your post of 16 Feb on that other share and see that you headed it Re: "FCA making arrests." I've screen shot it and will query it with FCA as to why such a comment would be made when their response, as posted by you johny, says nothing of the sort. End of.

If you look on another forum sheltie, you will see that a couple of them have even been as rude as to continuously call me transgender and other equally as nasty statements, for absolutely no reason. I am female, and proud of it.

Sheltie, you have to understand the history, I've been attacked relentlessly, and it's not just here, its the same crews who are multi monikered who follow me around on these forums. I find its even worse because of my gender, that's why I will not give in to them, although I accept that sometimes it is best to just ignore.

You are a joke Johny, look at your post on 16 Feb I think it is, on another share, you have put a very misleading heading, very misleading which should reported "FCA making arrests". Nowehere in the FCA response that you have regurgitated does it state that they are "making arrests", nowehere, you just put that as a heading to draw attention to your posting. The response you got on reading it, is the standard they send out to any complainant, and then they do very little if anything, and especially since Quindell, as the SFO were left with egg on their faces.

No johnny, I'm interested to see what is being reported and what isn't, and why the sp isn't shifting.

Rock, I know there was controversy about it a few years ago, and the regs changed stating that trades had to be reported within a certain time frame, but this is main market, and is just pure manip in my eyes, as small sells are being reported, but not my small buys, and it begs the question of what else is missing, and are some of those trades whoppers that might be missing? I can't see ATrades buy reported either but only he will know the exact amount and whether its there.

I know we see late trades reported every day, but it comes to something when 10 x 123 buys aren't reported, that's scaraping the barrel. imo.

I've put 10 123 share buys through in the last hour starting at 11.55am and not one of them to date is showing.

I can only summise that HL are not reporting trades and will therefore ask the FCA what they make of this, as to my mind, it creates a false market, as we have no idea why trades are missing and why the sp has remained stagnant when there are clearly buys not being reported.

Just put the 7th through but will stop shortly and wait to see what the manipulators do.

That's what I think Munichmann, there is a very small freefloat, and I suspect some of the noise on here is the broker boys. I'm beginning to wonder why my HL trades are not showing HL?

5 now through, sp hasn't budged, trades are not showing here.
