Hi Munichmann, sounds a wise decision for your own peace of mind. If GSA close out, we could rise of course, but it still remains a binary play which could go either way, deal or no deal! Just hope all of us who are putting our faith in this coming good, haven't chosen the wrong red box!! Only JD with the financiers know which is the 'real' red box of course. StarBright, they are an investment firm, they play with other peoples money, whom they are answerable to, I play with my own, I am just answerable to myself, there is a difference!

Yes, the volume is what is slightly concerning me. Obviously, volume would start picking up if GSA Capital were to close out. First Seagull look as though they've taken profit but remain in for a free ride. As a small investment business, they appear to have played it wisely and not left it to chance with investors money. Well played to them. As they state with their strapline, "searching for investments where it’s safe and wise to non-diversify"!!

Wonder if we might see some forced short closings middle of next week on the smaller shorts so that they are forced to exit before GSA Capital start to unload and sp could rise? trying to work out why, with only 7 trading days to go, GSA Capital don't appear to be starting to close out. strange.

Surely GSA Capital have to start closing out? I would assume its very risky to leave it right until the 11th hour to try and close out. Anyone been in a similar position with a share awaiting news like this and shorts not yet closing out? and when did they close out? if at all?!

I'm clinging to hope dealer, in that March 1st is Dunkerton's birthday, and that may be he will want to mark it in a special way! :)

This deadline will only be extended with the consent of the Takeover Panel, in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code."
