This could mean there is a back up plan, or may be it has become the no. 1 plan and Kempson are no longer in the frame? Personally, I'd prefer it if Kempson were out of the frame, and 'acquaintances' raided their piggy banks to assist JD with more favourable terms, and perhaps a quicker pay off from his end.

Have you noticed how the guy the other day, then this one, and one other, are all holding just over 1 mill shares. They could be acting in concert?

I'm just looking at this Ian James Kellett to find a possible tie up, and I think I have one. On LinkedIn it states he is "Currently work with leading private equity houses on food and beverage transactions."

In 2018 I think it was, JD stated that he wanted to take the Dunkertons Cider business in to the food industry business.

This is just now. As I said there is a third a/c which I'm not divulging here.

You will see from my previous posting on holdings that I've sold 30,000 shares yesterday as I got a bit jumpy with myself, but am looking to buy those back today all being well.

When I initially bought in, I made a quick £50k profit and took it, but bought back with that the following day. That was very early on in Feb. I've averaged up as time has gone on.

Will you leave it now please ATrades. At least I'm invested, and not a trader looking of his 10% and out.

Looking at the director deals above, the other directors appears to have very few shares, so their money is not going to be made on a sale of the business as I see it. So what other incentives can Dunkerton offer them? as assumedly they will all be out of jobs if a sale occurs?

Still holding the majority of my shares, but as we get closer to the SUPU date, I'm wondering what the Board will take away from a buy out?

Mine were 123 x 10 buys all executed within an hour between 11am and 12am Friday. They should have been reported at the latest yesterday, but didn't see them.

That would only be around £59 mill needed, he already has that doesn't he through Hilco and Brantry Bay if they follow through, so why go to Kempsen unless he needs a lot more?

You arrived in to SDRY on 3 Feb, just give it a rest. I had a slight wobble today. Nothing wrong with that. Only natural when holding quite a large volume for myself. Get over it.

Hi Munichmann, I get that, but at what price to shareholders? I'm still holding a large number, and still hoping for it to go through, but if Kempner stump up, I imagine it will be savage to shareholders, unless Dunkerton puts some of his own dosh in to the pot so as to not be totally dependent upon them. If Hilco and Bantry Bay would still stand, then what would he need, around 100 mill? but if not, anything up to £200 mill provided by Kempner would come with a hefty price tag imo. my views.

I just de-risked very very slightly, for two reasons, one being Davidson Kempner and the remarks about being "aggressive" and what they will be after in response to funding the buy out, reason being that Dunkerton was obviously trying to do the same thing in late December 2022, being the second reason, but obviously didn't go through with it, for reasons which I haven't as yet found.

Fingers crossed, and let's hope that this time it does go ahead.
