But it has been posted that the jury trial was planned for August, but I see no evidence of this, and that was my question?

I was under the impression that a jury trial was scheduled for August I was looking for a date. as far as I can see though we have Thursday June 6th.

Hearing for injunction with the judge and lawyers

There's a hearing (only with judge and lawyers) on the 6th (next Thursday)

Then if it gets to jury trial then that's booked in for august (can't remember the date). I guess that's it then, unless there's an appeal

But is the august case actually gauranteed? Is it only an oocs the only thing that will stop it now? Let's face it that's very unlikely now!

Thing is we don't know if we'll be stinking rich as the other unknown is if they will actually relist in the event of a win. That's not gauranteed!
