reading through that we would appear to be fecked again, but thats what every submission does.

the gist of it is we defaulted so OMF are legally entitled to £30 million from FRCC. the rest of what FRR are saying is irrelevant. default is default

which makes perfect sense really, if you defaulted on a mortgage you house is gone

it'll be like this for months now as there is no other news other than interested parties and what they will pay.

we simply don't know what an O&G company would offer to pay, unless someone who appraises and bids on asset purchases for a living is posting we'll have to keep guessing. Which will get very boring.

In the meantime the SP will probably stabalise at these levels but maybe not

it'll be interesting to see how they have responded.

I completely agree we are worth more than 11p but thats what the market is valuing us currently. I think talk of prices in the pounds are way off. Nothing we can do until they reveal some offers, perhaps JP will let slip a rough idea at the AGM (but hes done that before and look where we are)

Just my opinion though, I'll come out with a profit I'm sure but I'd hoped for so much more

would appear the market doesn't see much value in Sound. Or perhaps they are waiting for the offers to roll in before taking the plunge.

Could still lose money at these levels if no one wants to buy.

what void though? the government also implemented the loan charge which is screwing normal folk who at the time declared the schemes they were using to HMRC. 20 years later HMRC retrospectively changes the law and people get 100k tax bills!! the only government department that can time travel and get away with it

Most of the drilling operations will be done by service companies BHI etc but there must be a core FRR team
