whats not clear id the fudiciary breach, but the judge doesnt seem impressed as you say

4 weeks to wait till the meeting, probably best to sit and wait unless something official is announced, which it wont be!

As usual, we dont really know and wont really know until we are either informed the company no longer exists and are shares are no more (though I doubt they'd nother telling us)
Or court case is finished company in good shape, relisting in progress

it was there and discussed last night, no TRO but proceedings have started. lawyers and judge to meet 6th june

see Syric comment last night:

"A temporary restraining order is a temporary order of a court to preserve current conditions as they are until a hearing is held at which both parties are present. "

A hearing has started so the TRO has been terminated.
Hope wouldn't be allowed to do anything, he's stood down from the Board for a start.
The Court would have to transfer ownership to him, i cannot see any need for the TRO anymore.
