I read it the last paper submitted from FRR was to discuss at the hearing June 6th, dont think anything will happen till then.

2 and a bit weeks till the next court update, which is actually a chance for both parties to put across thier arguments in person to the judge. Which leaves loads of time to make up more shit theories good and bad....

Is there a way of making FRR aware of this? I'm sure they are and certainly discovery should reveal it. But you never know it might be missed

Two and a half weeks to wait, can't see hope getting his claws too badly into the other subsidiaries in that time.
Then it'll be another 2 months tortuous wait till jury trial if that comes about. I think we need that to get anywhere with this. We can but hope (Not that hope)
