I wonder where FRR are getting the money from to pay thier lawyers and now we know they had to pay for Outriders attorney's in Cayman after they asked for the case to be dropped??

Don't think a firm would represent FRR knowing they wouldn't get paid.

It's an opinion like any other opinion. They are all valid but no one knows anything.
We'll know more when FRR 's lawyers file thier response by the 7th may. If like Karolina says they've been hoodwinked then they'll resign and throw in the towel then. If not they'll file an equally robust defenses these boys are paid mega bucks to win an argument

Caymans is finished this was in the outrider doc disputing the tro

on or about April 15, 2019, Plaintiffs sought to withdraw their Cayman Action, including their appeal. On April 15, 2019, Outrider consented to the withdrawal (under certain conditions), and the Grand Court entered an order dismissing the Cayman Action and requiring payment of Outrider’s attorney’s fees.

With a bit about they had no knowledge of the cali action. So it's on to the death.
As was said yesterday you'd expect decent lawyers to present fantastic cases and that's what both sides are doing. The judge will drill down and determine the truth. Whatever the feck it might be!!!

The order was for FRR to file response to outrider tro objection by 7th may.
There's 3 more since then though an expidite but the others are just the lawyer being granted permission for the case

What we are seeing here is one side of the Argument, clearly up to the judge now to consider both sides of the Argument.

Unbeknownst to Outrider, Frontera initiated the present action by filing its original complaint on April 14, 2019. Despite its regular dialogue with Outrider’s U.S. and Cayman lawyers, and its negotiations relating to withdrawal of the Cayman Action (which could not be done without Outrider consent), Frontera provided zero notice of this filing to Outrider. Frontera also failed to comply with Local Rule 3-13 upon filing this lawsuit, which requires notice to this Court of another proceeding involving “all or a material part of the same subject matter and/or substantially all of the same parties.”
