He is on TED's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group and his most relevant (I think, to us) previous listed job was that he 'helped with a 7 figure jury verdict for a public company that sued the former president of it's subsidiary for breach of fiduciary duties and fraud

It's a new summons and new complaint including 4 docs which danie1son has told us some of the content
