Also worth highlighting that according to FRR’s website, it says that only 9.8% is not held in public hands, which equates to around 285m. So do we assume that all these shares are held by the management and/or associates? Perhaps, because the only listed institutional investor on FRR website is Elmar Finance at 5.6%. And putting SN and Elmar together accounts for over 12%, so Elmar is not part of the 9.8% ‘not held by the public’ calculation.

It's very concerning that when contacted by the fshg they still have not responded. It's about time the judge pulled his finger out too and wrote up the last two hearings so we can pick that apart.
