yep it all costs money, I was in small claims court with a builder the ****used a solicitor he was trying to get the full cost of a job he hadnt finished. As costs cant be claimed in small claims I kept writing to his solicitor so he responded adding to his costs with every letter lol

I won too, bloody stresful things though even when you know you are in the right!

if Hope is claiming Frontera wanted to avoid paying the debt obligation, why did Hope so desperately, and by the sounds of what the judege has said, questionably, try to block Frontera getting the Durham loan that would allow them to pay off the debt?
