At least we know testing is now underway, and they are still calling it a discovery.

Another less positive theory is the administrators have stopped share certificates as if the restraining order isn't granted they'll be having the shares and ripping the company apart :(

Not sure how you would quantify though. If proved he was keeping the share price low then loses from this action. If on relist it is still not eligible for isa then lossesfrom cgt

Great post oopsi, in your opinion would hope and outrider do everything they can now to avoid a hearing? The way I read it it certainly sounds like they could well have thier business destroyed when it was them attempting to destroy FRR.
Does seem like a fight to the death and FRR going this far would suggest to me that they are ready for a court hearing and not an oocs.
But as always it's just guesswork
