Arsenal, Its is stated they have submitted it but not one of the documents we have seen

If we had then we would know exactly where the money was coming from not just guessing

So continuing on my miserable sod thread this morning, why would they bother relising if we have finance sorted and are in bed with BP?

Anyone know if they will have to post the Declaration as a court document so that we can see it?

The only factual things that have been posted in the last 6 months have been the court documents.
We really could do with something from the Company but with the California court case still ongoing thats not going to happen. After failing with the injunction and some scathing comments from the judge it would seem the best option would be to drop the case.

BUT we know nothing, we've speculated and theorised for years because we've had crap RNS's and little snippets of news. Have any of Symore's theories come true yet?? Madp's??

I hope that it all comes good and makes us all very rich, but I'm not counting my chickens yet.

The write up from the judge was a bit damning towards FRR denying the injunction. But also little success on the fiduciary claim.

BUT buried in there is a statement that FRR have issued a statement of solvency. So the intimation Is that it's all going to be ok....

Went out this morning feeling shite, and in true FRR fashion it's all positive now :)

Like you say it's grim reading, very much like Cayman where the judges see no merit in what FRR are arguing.
From a shareholder point of view it seems obvious hope was out to screw us. But it obviously doesn't from a legal standpoint.

What now ? Will we ever hear from FRR again?
