But the options are:
We win the court case and 56 million (highly unlikely)
We come to an adr with a much lower sum.
We loose and pay massive fees, ours and hopes.
We get bought out by major.
We are skint and fecked and nothing has happened since Christmas.
We go it alone and the production figures on block 12 are what madpunter has been punting.

I know which options I wish would happen but we just don't know, everything on here since delisting is just pie in the sky (apart from the actual facts from the court papers)

Next bit of factual news is next Thursday but not much will come of a case management meeting I would speculate.
