That's great seadog but I do feel the company have several times raised expectations on timescales and have failed to deliver without any formal explanation to all shareholders. Still holding for first deal.

I see Polemos are looking to acquire a company called Digitalbox Publishing so looks as if they have nothing to do with our plans as Wobwat outlined despite Nigel Burton's involvement

Don't disagree with you Frank. But if the company makes statements in RNS's and podcasts like " in short order" or "transformational within 3 months" and circumstances change which lead to these statements being no longer true we should be officially informed what has caused the delay and what progress has been made imo.

SBP - totally agree. As I mentioned in a previous post I have seen this a few times before when a family run business turns public but is still run on the lines of a medieval feifdom with apparently very little regard for shareholders.

So AM doesn't own the company either.

Knight rider - a fair post and I know these deals can be complicated and things do not always go exactly to plan but what frustrates me is no explanation from the company when comments like "transformational news within 3 months" or " in short order" are completely missed.

If true would explain why they have not been responding to messages etc in last few days.

Wobwat - interested to hear that you're no longer an insider. I agree with you I've seen this before where family run businesses go public and then think they can carry on running the business as some sort of medieval feifdom. Things have got to change.

I agree wholeheartedly with you Wobwat. I have only been invested here for about 2 years and have never in over 35 years of investing seen shareholders treated so poorly. What does concern me now however if you as an " insider" feel so badly treated by the board what hope is there for the rest of us?

Well said gell. I'm sick of these trading jockeys who think they have a crystal ball. They just put this rubbish out to try to justify to themselves that they've called it right.

Wobwat -I agree with you about GH and the attitude of AM.After all we the shareholders own this company and when statements are made about a sequence of events which do not materialize we should be told why. Having said that I am in this for marginal deals so happy to hold.

Poconeh - does company news in Brazil usually get announced before the market opens? Here in the UK company announcements are often made 1 hour before official market opens.

LT - good to hear that you and others are regularly telling the board to talk to its shareholders but I feel that I am taken for granted at times by the bod and any improvement in informing the company owners what's going on can only be a massive improvement. Well done and let's hope it has some effect very shortly!

I think that's a fair post Bendjroid. The only bit I would take issue with you is your last sentence - that the company deliberately lied. I don't think that's the case but perhaps circumstances changed which prevented things happening "imminently" or "in short order". I agree however that as shareholders the company should have informed us why this was the case.
