I used to work in the property/construction industry and we would often use SPV's for particular projects. The whole point was they were off the balance sheet of the parent companies.

Potter - I think you're way off beam here. There are no posters on advfn who are " in the know". They are just sad losers who hold a grudge imo.

Potter - I've no idea whether there are any shorts open although the LSE beta site says there are none. Either way I think it's an enormous risk to open a short at this level.

Sharelock - agree with every word. I use to regularly frequent that board but gave up with the constant lies and childishness. Most of the posters on there are just disgruntled ex- holders who have been banned from his board.

There is a point in selling if you don't believe in the company's strategy. Your argument doesn't make sense to me.

not_Sure - if you've stopped believing in the company's business model why don't you sell up and move on and invest in a company you do believe in?

Setanta - I don't agree. I think it highly unlikely you will have plenty of time to re-enter at a reasonable price once a deal is announced. The early bird and all that.

I can't understand for the life of me that if you feel so negatively about the prospects for this company why you don't just sell up and move on. It can't be doing your general mood and health any good at all. There's more to life than just moaning all the time.
