It's obvious a placing is on the cards in the not too distant future given the resolution at the general meeting. So in my opinion this comes down to the following choice.
Either you believe a deal will be announced before the placing to get the share price up or that they will need the funds and the share price will be further significantly reduced. It's our choice really which one we think is most likely. If it's the latter then heaven knows where the share price ends up!

Think you must be looking at a different set of trades to me. All I can see is one sale of 3.4m shares, one sale of 1.4m and one trade of 1m but 3 buys of over 1m shares each. Let's have the facts not more propaganda.

Skyway - in terms of directors committing to buying shares on a regular basis the only example I am aware of is Amir Minerals where the directors bought £5000 of shares each month for a year. Link below:

Starbuck - this is an AIM company we are talking about not a FTSE100 company. Try applying your thesis to about 90% of Aim companies and see what answer you get. If that's your criteria for investing you're in he wrong part of the market. Try a FTSE tracker fund.

Starbuck - why don't you go away and do some research of your own instead of trying to score points off other people just because their replies don't suit your agenda?

Not in the market capitalisation but shareholder funds. You don't seem to have a grasp of this at all.

Market capitalisation is equal to the share price multiplied by the number of shares outstanding. It does not include any outstanding debt or assets. If you don't understand basics like that then you do have problems and I suggest you do some very basic research.
