The posters on this board who are doubting the company's validity and business model have the solution in their hands. Sell up and move on! That's those who do own any shares. Why would you continue to hold shares in a company you have lost faith in? It doesn't make sense to keep posting negative comments ( without any proof) if you have ' skin in the game'.

Seadog- Are you aware in your position as an " insider" when meaningful negotiations actually began between MfDevco and the party in Brazil? If so are you able to tell us? Just interested to better understand the timescales so far on this

Don't think he'd be allowed to do that without getting in to serious trouble. We just have to be patient as it's very clear we are not going to get any official news until the deal is done.

Who knows QT. Maybe it's because we are very close to transformational news or it's just to try and keep many shareholders who are disgruntled because of lack of communication by the board on side. I still think we could and should have been kept better informed on progress and once this first deal is hopefully in the bag many shareholders will not give the board the benefit of the doubt in future because of the way they have treated us.

Joey - if that's what you think why do you recommend these as a 'hold'? Sounds to me that you post this rubbish but don't really believe it.

I see Dommo are up another 5% so far today on much higher volume than normal. That's nearly 20% up since last Friday

I agree seadog - it's typical aim but I'm afraid this is what happens when you get a complete news blackout people start filling in the gaps themselves. I hope Minty is taking note but I doubt it will change anything.

Not sure how significant it is but I see Dommo's shares are up 10% at close on nearly double the average volume.

Sudden flurry of buying activity!

Falcs - if you bought in over 2 years ago you should be sat on a decent 'paper' profit by now. I'm in the same boat bought in Oct 16 and certainly sticking around for some time yet!

Maybe it was too close to the truth for some people. Who knows? This is what happens when we don't get any updates for weeks.

Seadog - many thanks. That does explain a lot. I still feel we should have been updated more regularly but have to accept that this is the way they are playing this. I'm sure you will continue to keep their ' feet to the fire'.

Seadog - do they offer you any explanation for the delay? On reflection my biggest problem is not the silence pursay but the fact that several times they have made comments in official announcements like " in short order" and " imminently" and then when these timescales are not met we get complete silence. I do wonder what role the nomad or even the non executive directors could or should have in improving this situation. Many thanks for all your efforts on behalf of all shareholders.

It's some consolation to understand the scope of what you've been privy to and I welcome your attempts to try and persuade the board to improve its communication with shareholders.
I think we all feel this is one of he best potential opportunities around but it does feel like the bod are not prepared to at least consider there is some merit in keeping shareholders on board. Many thanks once again and best wishes to your Mum.

I don't expect you to tell me specifics but generally is it on timescales, the framework of any deal, the parties involved.current progress, access to the board of directors? And if it's all or some of these do you feel the company is fulfilling its obligations to you in lieu of the restrictions placed on you by being an insider. Many thanks in advance.
