We're really motoring now, getting nearer to the ore body.

The decline as at the 19th April was 2,025M, up 33% from the 1,519M as at the 18th January!

Another positive to take away today is that, with the due diligence going on between Newmont & Newcrest, and Newcrest essentially opening it's books to Newmont, there would be no scope for Newcrest to 'play any games' on the next Havieron update, because, if they did, it could open them up to all sorts of legal issues, should they not match the information released to Newmont. I'm not saying that they've done this in the past, but it would certainly make it extremely risky to do so now.

Really! Give it a break, please! It's getting ridiculous now!

I have to agree with Shamtown here. IMHO, this will probably continue to drift down after the hype, which was largely promulgated by traders, some of whom are likely now in a loss position and want to get out at the earliest opportunity. It's also unlikely we'll get any more news for some months, so others will get bored and pull out anyway.

Personally, I'm on hold, awaiting an opportunity to top up again, in a fantastic company, but I also want to see the fundamentals, including actual sales, and how the company intend to increase production, and at what cost.

I received last years emailed Newcrest March update at 23:59 on the Wednesday night, so I'd guess it'll hit about the same time tonight, but can't be sure.

Yup, the more I look at it, the more I believe that, when the obvious rise comes, it'll be huge, and will probably catch a lot of people out.

The growth catalysts are pretty much all due in the next few months, and increasingly being pushed into an increasingly short timeframe.

Whether it's the Feasibility Study, the MRE update, the Decision to Mine, the shorters squeeze, the...., it's all going to happen in a very short upcomng period now!

Add to that, maybe, some other action, either on another tenement (this ain't all about Havieron!) and/or M&A activity, and all bets could be off!

It's going to be a very interesting next few months, but what could anyone be, IMHO, apart from positive!

As I've stated earlier, it's, of course, guesswork, but, IMHO, because of the ongoing discussions with Newmont, and due diligence, which involve disclosure, it may well be that Newcrest will need to give more information on Havieron than 'normal' to shareholders too, under shareholder disclosure rules. Just my thoughts.

Whatever, it should be an interesting report, IMHO.

Hi Ben! Yes, the Oz Motley Fool are worlds apart from the UK version, but especially with regards Oz mining stocks, which they're generally very good at analysing.

IMHO, I think that this coming week could, and I stress could, be a game changer for GGP!

Clearly Berenberg Bank are positive (But aren't we all, apart from the usual 'suspects')!

They already increased their price target from 18p - 19p on the 6th February, reiterating a BUY recommendation then, but have now increased that to 20p, with a BUY too!

You know it makes sense!

What's more, don't forget that we have the grant awarded under the Exploration Incentive Scheme, where Greatland is eligible to receive up to A$200,000 to co-fund drilling and mobilisation costs!.

I think I can safely say that, again, "Every drill hole finds more gold"!
