Purely nothing more than a gut feeling, but, with all of the pending, increasingly compressed news/results, etc. on the horizon, IMHO we could finally be seeing a more sustained move north, rather than the yo-yo, up-down, that we've seen for so long now.

Personally, surely like everyone else, apart from the usual de-ramping trolls, who we all know too well now, I'd like to see some impressive assay results from Scally and/or the Rio tenements. However, I'm not getting overexited, as we've all seen before, awaiting Scally results. The usual over exuberance, based on very little!

We'll surely get more useful analysis, and that's great, in itself, if you understand mining.

I'm especially not expecting anything more, but, if we do, then that's great! That's icing on the GGP cake!

This is mining, and it takes time to pin point the hot spots! If you don't understand that, then maybe it's not an investment for you?!

Personally, I totally agree with MattyBoy here, a long term player in GGP, and poster on here, which some people, especially the recent trolls, just don't understand!

What I can't fully understand, and never have, for many years now, is that some regular posters here, often trolls too, still just don't get it, that people have a different investments strategy over their lives! That changes many times!

Do what you want, at any time in your life, not what the usual trolls, always living in the short term, try to push you into!

Yup, such is AIM! Seen it all before, and, more often than not,it's rarely anything to do with fudamentals either! If there's a big jump in the sp (and I see no reason not, over the next few months), IMHO, it will then motor on, as it has before.

Sure, but would you take 200%, in January, or any other time?

It's not as simple as you seem to elude to.

Some people on here, for sure, have seen the sp rise to well over 5,000% profit on their investment, yet have still not sold out at any time.

Surely you can accept that everyone has their own investment strategy, which, no doubt, changes, often may times, over a lifetime of investment, or, maybe you believe that everyone should agree with yours?

IMHO, I wouldn't even start to consider a GGP sp acceptable to me until there was a serious offer on the table. I well remember, from years ago, some investors on here stating what their plans were, going forwards, then, no doubt, to be seriously amended, when the market changed.

Don't be fooled, in my experience, anyone that says they'd sell at a certain price, will, no doubt, whatsoever, change that view, when the sp suddenly heads north, often very quickly, beyond their stated level!

Yes, and I do expect the GGP sp to do just that over the next year, for sure...Just my opinion, so DYOR! TT

However, I have found the transcript of the Northern Star Q1 2024 Earnings Conference and this is what MD Stuart Tonkin said:
