Hi MH01, Capital is not limited to cash. It can be any asset owned by a company, including shares.

The only cash that'll be distributed to shareholders will be any surplus cash that remains in the Company, once its creditors have been paid.

No sale, distribution in specie!

The Greatland Gold & Ariana shares are proposed to be distributed to the SVA shareholders in specie...
