The irony is Jinx, if I was a cunning chap and did fully expect a farm in but wanted the lowest price possible to buy into I might have said something very similar. Just a theory, but what if the data on this prospect is S for suspect and has put off farm in candidates. I mean its on the periphery of where the other players are drilling, could it be a case of no one fancies it based on its geological characteristics? As the maths on a 30% chance of x30/40x money indicates there is no way this share price should be going down. Someone is bailing out and I would like to understand why. All IMO of course

Its ok, we still have a 30% chance of drill success and then we will all be rich beyond our wildest dreams. Funny thing is, this share has been written off before anyone even so much as moves a drill ship - which IMO seems pretty suspect. C'est la vie

If drill is fully funded, I assume you think a placing soon would hedge the potential effect of downward SP movement if Prospect S is dry and they need to place after that- there is logic to that but its not really good for reputation if its announced something is fully funded and they wont even drill it before they raise again!? But I respect your guys opinions, clearly been around here longer than me so I will take note.

IMO they are holding for less dilution on the farm in...based on what I heard from LB...hence no deal as yet. You can't have it both ways I guess, either drive the hard bargain and risk no deal or give up a larger %. With all the interest in Namibia I expect there are parties weighing it up - I wonder if they will wait for the Tullow drill result - that is risky in itself for someone wanting in...obviously just one well hitting in Namibia from any of the current operators out there would be most welcomed for the holder of the aces.

Prospect S is fully funded. You can remind yourself of this with the LB interview (link below) - the option well at Prospect W may need a partner, but S is covered. High equity as well, which means the hand is strengthened when talking farm ins, I wouldn't be too worried about a placing.

Last few days large sell declared after hours...dropping it to fill the big background order imo...someone with l2 can clarify possibly. It pains me to say it but I will throw my hat in the ring with 190p in a week...eeek
