I've been looking at this since the big fall recently and wondering if any here can give some reasons to buy in at this level? I see P/E is shown as 6.5 ; seems very low. Is the company making money this year? Debt level. Any pointers would be welcome.

ARCM, EUA and HZM on the AIM market have rescued my pension fund over the last 9 months. I'm down some on ROCK and SYME. If I had kept my portfolio in FTSE 100 and Nasdaq, my portfolio would have been 30% down. My AIM investments overall have been spectacular performers. Any other ideas out there? I started 18 months ago on AIM market with EUA and listened to recommendations. They have been worthwhile. I've doubled my money here in ARCM but not selling. Any other AIM stocks that board members would recommend?

There is a problem with looking at share prices daily / weekly. Anyone who got into this share at let's say 2p who is an average Joe who put in 10k is now sitting on 200k paper value.. It's hard not to take profit as the pendulum swings. A better example: Lets say your basic income is around 50k a year and you are struggling a little to make ends meet; would you just stay the course if your EUA shares were worth £1m on paper today? Obviously not. You would take profit on the way up. For some people £10 k means little, for others £1m means little. Depends on your circumstances. It is this psychology of necessiity, greed and fear that makes the market work as it does.

MrYfronts, you do seem well informed albeit your data is disputed by others. So cut to the chase; what do you see as a reasonable SP now, based on your calculations?

Does anyone know what's behind this? Another 5% I'll be back at break-even on SP without dividend. What is driving the rise does anyone know?

Mac, they're not getting my shares. Might think of selling a third of holding at 80p, otherwise no way. Already took profit twice since suspension lifted. Big mistake. But I learn from my mistakes.

If you remember over a month ago the share price surged from about 28 to 38 in a couple of days and soon afterwards, a RNS was issued to say that the company noted the recent gain but was not aware of any substantive reason for the rise. Now we have an even bigger rise from 28p to 42p in a week or so. Note the absence this time of the 'speeding ticket' RNS. Instead we get two rather routine RNS's in 24 hrs. The implication for me is that the company sees the recent SP rise as justified.....? Based on 'new' information? Am I reading too much into it?

Ian, it's a tricky business, dealing in shares. I admire anyone who has done some top slicing and remains holding the balance even though it has grown to huge numbers. I bought in at average about 3p I think but took profits after suspension was lifted. EUA is about 15% of my share portfolio now. Even more difficult to imagine is someone continuing to hold from 1p - very difficult not to take money out after 40x profits. I admire anyone who can do that. I've decided to stand firm and see this one through until FSP has been completed and a firm offer made. Reading between the lines I intuit some big news is in the pipeline. If there is no 'speeding ticket' RNS tomorrow, this would confirm my intuition.

I've never held a share long term. Mistake. Look at NFLX or NIO over the last year. I could have done 20x on some shares. My experience tells me to take 20% or 50% or 100% profit and walk away after maybe a year. Well I started to do that a few months ago with EUA, but just took profits. Enormous sums of money have been made by people who held the right stock and held on. I'm holding on to the remainder here. It's a distraction, though looking at a share price every day as all of us seem to do. I also have to re-programme myself to think of many x 100% returns rather than a 'good' profit.

I don't post here often except to let off steam about guessing games and pirate ships. Sometime earlier in the year I posted something about how we should calculate the value of the company and Rowka replied that my valuation method seemed rational. It was based on the PGM's in the ground multiplied by the value per unit of Palladium at the time. The resultant number is then simply discounted by about 75% which is a standard discount for a non-mined asset. That number is then simply divided by the number of shares issued and the resultant number is the true value per share. I can't remember what the number was but it was well in excess of the 60p to 70p per share valuation in the ACF report. I can't be bothered working it out again. I posted this because there was someone banging on about this last Saturday night - the guy having the online tiff with Mac. It's not really rocket science to work it out if anyone knows the estimated weight of Palladium in the ground. BTW I am a holder and have taken enough money off the table to let my remaining shares sit for the longer term. Won't sell anytime soon. That RNS today was further affirmation for me that I own shares in a responsible, professional company. Not some fly-by-night oil minnow that ramps its own share price.

Take a slice of profit. I've done it twice as an insurance against loss. EUA is now the largest holding by value in my portfolio, reluctant to sell more though because selling at 17p and 23p, it just kept taking sudden leaps. So my head tells me this is a ridiculous amount to have in a AIM stock. But I'm becoming pig-headed and won't sell.

careful. told my brother to invest in BP at 5 pounds. If he did he'd have lost half his money. It's 2.18 today. Same with any share; take profit when you can get it. But I'm holding here for a few months; won't sell.

spoon key, probably a deramp there alright. I'm holding my remaining shares (I've already taken lots of profit) for around 60p or so. My remaining shares are 'free'. Made the 'mistake' of selling at 17 and 23.

I bought back in Nov 19 at 5p average and thought I'd lost the lot when suspended. I've since sold tranches at 12p, 17p. But I'm holding the remaining one third long term. If it collapses, it owes me nothing. At 35p I know I will be tempted to top slice again and take some profit. But no, I need to just put these remaining shares in the bottom drawer and ignore for a few months....difficult.

I invested twice since Nov last year and sold a tranche every time EUA appreciated after suspension ; 8p, 15p and 20p approx. I'm holding the remainder. Maybe sell some more again at 35p. This Bb has become like a graffiti wall. It was bad enough with the pirate ship crap. Doesn't inspire confidence. Having said that, I've made a lot of money here - probably taken from complete idiots who fire money on a dog in trap 5.

Yes I was searching news to explain price rise; dividend reinvestment makes sense. So it's good to trade it around such times? Unfortunately or otherwise I'm holding.

Fred 16, you expecting to win something? Nobody cares about you or your birthday. If the share price doubles after a RNS on that date, you will be saying "Oh I was RIGHT!" Do you think anyone will be saying: "Wow! Fred 16 was right after all; what a smart investor he is...watch out for Warren Buffet and Fred16!!" Err no.
