Very noticeable all of the kind posters telling us of the likelihood that the offer will only be low ball if at all, not really sure why you are all so keen and kind to advise us to sell but hey ! Wouldn't be looking to help out the shorters or buyers surely ?
My average is about £1.05 so I'm keen to see this play this out personally but thanks for your advice.
I would agree Foxy, however the thing that remains intriguing to me is why they would buy almost £40k of shares between them if they thought they weren't going to see a return, and includes the chairman who never put his hand in his pocket prior. A pittance of their salary of course
I get his frustration too, but he needs to also recognise that a delay just brings on more likelihood of yet more cash raises to us shareholders. I also wish he would mention more about profitability from these contracts and less about revenues as to me that just smells of low margin. I'll be amazed if they meet full year forecasts.
Remains a long term hold that could spike at any point in time
As a shareholder I recognise it as the usual jam but the increase in Lunghi & Ghana income is like gold dust while we wait for the excrutiating rollout of the jam, enough in there to keep me interested and should keeo the sp simmering under the surface
it's become a utr stock, don't mind that at all. Only elephant in the room remains the possibility of another foul up (expected and therefore priced in ?), but if the rr contracts on board can be seamlessly integrated on time then I think the chances of this being a turnaround stock are high. I have no idea what short term targets are but I'd be tempted to hold this forever now if they can finally prove themselves.
Have the knockers dared to look ahead to say a year from now ? Lunghi back to near strength, Tema increased numbers, 4 fully running mscs (at whatever margin), yes possibly more dilution down the line as it'll cost a few bob setting up but I imagine at a higher price each time. The only fly of course is wsg history which is (has been) shambolic to say the least, and there's always a doubt that somehow ratification becomes an issue (contracts do seem to have landed just in time if we're honest).
Any idea where Spreadex fit into all this ? their holding has always seemed to me to be somewhat odd, I guess there is always the possibilty of being bought out and maybe they have a hand in that
