I tried to do some investigation via AI yesterday, I was trying to find out when and where the hearing was taking place. It seems it's a closed secret, all they could tell me that it was this week. I'm unsure what we can gain from the hearings, can anyone enlighten me please, I guess there might well be an rns telling us that the hearing has taken place but unsure what else can be said at this point that would affect the share price. Is it likely we'll get an update via the hearing on the decision timetable for example, will there be any word in relation to the existing amount owed ? At this point it's just a waiting game ? Does anyone have any experience in these arbitrations and what they might entail please ?

Plumbs, if you read the rns of 27th Dec 24:

"The Decision has also ordered the Claimants and Respondent to consult and agree on a shorter procedural timetable and to communicate this to the Tribunal no later than January 20, 2025"

and

"decisions in respect of both the ICC-2 Arbitration, expected during the summer of 2025, and the ICSID Arbitration, expected during the first two quarters of 2026"

We only know that Zenith have submitted their proposed timetable. As ICC-2 is pretty much a slam dunk in favour of Zenith (much like ICC-2 already awarded $9m) there is a possibility of a settlement in the meantime.

This will rise in advance of the arbitration (which it is already doing)
