Regardless, it is good to see the SP nicely up today. I wish I could say the same for the rest of my AIM shares.

Sajy, whilst I agree with your timeframe it is on my part only an educated guess. I fail to see how you can have gleaned any definitive information as the board have played their cards very close to their chests.
Vadim Alexandre’s podcast on the 7th October was helpful as it gave me some sort of an idea of the timelines to expect.
Vadim’s view was that best scenario would be 6 months before FDA decision, or more likely the “non rosy picture”, which is that it could take a year.
* Polarean address issues approximately 3-6 months and resubmit.
* FDA have 30 days to respond to resubmission.
* FDA will then inform Polarean if it will be a class1 review (two months) or class2 review (6 months).
* FDA DECISION

Losing four CEO’s in the space of two years hasn’t helped the SP. Two (DT & CB) left with immediate effect and DG’s notice was negligible. Only Anne worked a reasonable notice period.
But the potential has been enough for me to reinvest albeit a fraction of what I originally invested. Hopefully we will get good news soon but the SP will have to go up over 600% for me to recoup my losses as my biggest investment was over 7p.

I agree Soup, with the caveat that the “value to be realised and a good outcome” comes to NFX shareholders and not at our expense to some other pharma company.

I hope in time we will look back at AB’s relatively short tenure as a period when foundations were built in order to realise that potential & value. Although the churn of CEO’s we have had remains a source of intrigue to me, especially DG’s departure.

Interesting find Soup. From Dan’s résumé on the TRX website.
“As founding CEO of Nuformix, Dan oversaw seed round to IPO securing >20x for founder investors. completing multiple out-licensing & financing transactions whilst transitioning NFX from technology development to product development.”

All that Dan, CB & AB achieved for me is a thumping big loss. Only got a 2k fomo investment now, obviously well in the red of course.

I also listened to the interview. Interesting comments on the BBC article at the weekend. Paul Jourdan also described the FDA as “pretty dysfunctional” and that they used the CRL “simply to get more time” because they are so far behind. “Really bad behaviour, completely unfair on the company.”
Worth a listen to as Paul Jourdan is a respected fund managed who holds POLX in the TB Amati VCT and Small Companies fund.

Hello Peter, good to see you back on here again.

Confounded, I think you do Extrader an injustice. I’m sure you don’t intend to censor the board, but there is a tendency on here to try and quash any views that aren’t positive. That doesn’t make a healthy or objective board either.
As you point out Extrader is a respected poster. I welcome his posts which are knowledgeable, courteous and measured.
I am a LTH, very happy that we have had a good day and hoping for a good few more of them. ORPH is a great company but the SP has been a cause for concern. I hope that posters who raise valid and genuine questions don’t get shot down.

I partially agree B009, I think a lot of us here have invested more than AR. It is a relatively modest sum if you think good news is imminent. But fair play nonetheless to AR, I don’t know what his circumstances are, and to me it is a show of good faith.

It’s going to be interesting to see what the “new Cathal Friel of 2022” is going to be like, fair play to CF for acknowledging and addressing the criticism of over promising.

That’s true FX. Although the Director’s collective £25,000 investment at the March placing was rather underwhelming and only AR has added since.
Still, if JH & DG haven’t sold up, then that is a big positive.

You would think with the SP this level, and if the BOD are confident of progress, they might buy a few quid? Although they have never keen to splash the cash in the past.

I will second that Filter, Soup & FX are two great posters. Soup’s knowledge of NFX and depths of research is incredible. Thanks Guys and here’s hoping for a more positive SP day.
