I'm thinking that the MM are easily marking our SP down as a result of a downtrend for the last few days and over months, I know some people will be concerned or even worry about our situation with futura,,,,but what is worry,,,,,,,it's only a down payment for something that might never happen.
It's also sad that the new changes over at the iii futura forum has changed people's posting routines
I can see that iii were just trying to improve their services, but I'm afraid it probably has caused a kind of disconnection in continuous connected post, !! If that makes any sense? and it's a terrible shame as some of the best thought out and researched posters were found on the iii forum ,
I guess it will take some fantastic news from futura to bring some life back into that iii forum,
I don't think futuras investors are asking for very much only what was forcast and stated by its management.
And then again it's SP went from a low of 14p to nearly 90p in 3 days without any licencing deal ,so I'm confident it will revisit that high or substantially surpass it, when that licencing deal is signed, I repeat there's never been a product the same as our MED GEL and it can clean up and shut down all the terrible erection creams out there that are truely awful and are still selling ,
And another thing when word gets out about our med viagra gel gets out on prescription, then these new online doctors prescriptions to buy our med gel should in my opinion change the whole profit forcast in our favour. We won't have to wait another 3 years for the OTC market. That online prescription market is growing massively ,and millions of people are simply bypassing there GP and shopping online for a product that might embarrass them to ask for. And that's viagra and our new MED GEL which will clean up here,,,,,,the futures still bright and fortunes will still be made with futura medical.

The slow slide of the Share price has all the hallmarks of a placing , JB has to prepare for our licensing seeking partners to hold back on signing for our med gel , as they probably want a one sided agreement in there favour.
So we really must raise more money to finance our med gels development to attain a fair reward for our own product. When the consistent findings of our med gel trial comes through our negotiating stance will be strengthened, and it would be even more likely that others might put offers on the table.
There's a big offer there ok, but JB and the negotiating team clearly think we can definitely do better pushing a head and paying for our own trials and let the other side wonder if another company takes that med gel licence........it really is a poker hand and one we are going to win with,,,,AIMHO,,,GLA

There were plenty of red flags pointing to a large future loss.
The management need to spin off the factory shops into another listen vehicle and put the high street shops or rather the profitable shops up forsale or put the high street shops into administration for the two sisters group to snap them up cheaply , and leave the factory outlets to aggressively expand nationwide .

Pattsv I absolutely agree with nearly everything you've said in your last post, except the £3.00 SP , but in fairness to you nobody knows just how big or small our med gel will be, and any high our low SP might just might be right,,,,, 90p a SP could easily be attained instantly with a good licencing deal.
My low SP indication is really only to stop people accusing me of unreasonable ramping.instead of what I'm actually doing which is to highlight the merits of futuras product portfolio.
If our med gel eventually got bought in parallel with viagra type pills then the skies the limit with our SP.
and a small number of our shares could make people very rich indeed.
The market genuinely really doesn't know how big our med will be, and that's why share holders are looking for indicators from a big multinational pharmaceutical companies licencing deal with us to gauge our potential. And when that eventually comes through our low SP of today should be history .

The med gel prescription market alone will be enough to get the big pharmaceutical companies eyeing up bids , the revenue generated should give them a good indication how big we might be on the OTC market,

Yes I do wonder if the pushing back of the interim results was because futura could at the very least be able to deliver some movement on any good news ,albeit expected anyway.
The low share price offers a risky but fantastic opportunity to get in if any great news flow comes through.
Any licensing deal for the med gel the csd condom or the pain portfolio would increase our Sp substantially 50p/60p + wouldn't be unreasonable,
It's in my opinion that our med gel should be a big seller either way in prescription but mostly over the counter sales , as the over the counter sales could have mass appeal and complementing all the viagra type pills, it's a unknown market as nothing like it or even as good as our med gel has ever been developed.,
No matter how well our med gel sales are you can be sure it's going to massively leave behind todays very low share price.. the rewards could be huge and the down side risk is that we will have a fantastic niche and world wide seller of the this best type of product ever developed. That 250000 block of shares sold here today probably by our own big main shareholders, it's these sales that have predominantly suppressed our SP, not our normal smallish shareholders.
And that has been a similar story for many years now. And maybe they wouldn't sell if we had some decent profits coming in, or a fantastic licencing deal.so as I said before find a better home for these big shareholdings/ place them with another institution Rather than dumping them with MM and continuously suppressing our Share price.

Oilovlam you don't get cheap experienced licencing negotiators LOL, they are all costly , let's hope they are only employed on a as needed basis , but considering the numerous reported licencing suitors we have the work they might have could be considerable, unless JB is filtering them down himself to save money? And after the C&D fiasco and others JB would want the best negotiating team employed to avoid a similar outcome,
I don't know for sure if JB has employed a licencing negotiating team from a bank , but it would be a reasonable expectation for one to be part of a enlarged banking group , as any big bank would need one to give a all round service for there corporate clients.
But as you hinted at JB would be free to hire similar experts in that field on a daly basis as needed..that would be my preferred option to keep the cost down. JB I'm sure is aware of the mounting cost and our bank balance ,so who knows who we are actually employing,,,,for that negotiating job,,,,, I DON'T,,,,,

JB was on record if I remember saying when asked about any takeover offers,,,,,,he said they do get informal occasional offers but not ones he could get serious about, JB doesn't have to inform the market about this , even though it's price sensitive information as its not a formal takeover approach, and a lot of companies get informal approaches which are only just that ,,," A informal approach"

These expensive negotiating teams are normally or quite often a part or small division of large banking groups along with takeover advisers etc.
It has always bothered me why smallish companies pay millions of pounds just for that advice ,IE when a takeover offer is announced surly the BOD shouldn't need another party to tell them that a offer is high enough to recommend to its shareholders, surly that's there job to know that information without costing shareholders millions in extra cost. But I guess it's the norm in the cities gravy train to extract as much money from companies as possible with extortionatly high fees,
You see the unbelievable high fees charged by multinational companies during takeovers costing sometimes hundreds of millions , how on earth can these amounts of money be justified,!!! I know well that's what we charge everyone who wants to be told yes that sounds like enough money for your company,
I know there's more to it!! But really hundreds of millions of pounds for advise and for several months of work !! And then for sometimes no takeover being agreed and shareholders get left with that huge Bill!!! if there had been any change in our negotiations regarding the advanced stages of it, then the company would know that this was price sensitive information and is duty bound to inform the market . that dosent mean they would tell us , but the AIM rules states the market should be informed without delay, but then again they could just say that another party has stepped forward in the negotiations, and that would be suffice to keep JB in line with the AIM rules i guess. if anyone here makes a accusation about JB telling lies about anything he has stated then they are liable to be held accountable in any court of law in the uk. people think that saying anything on here is reasonably safe from litigation, absolutely not LOL. it doesnt have to be defamatory just a non truth about what some one says, or miss representing what some one says. ,,,,,,,,,,,, fund raising yes most likely without a licencing deal , but probably not with a good licencing deal,,,,,,,,I dont blame anyone on here loosing there head with the current situation , we can only make the best of the situation or sell up and buy else where and probably take a loss, im still in profit so that might explain my stance on the situation. and i genuinely sympathise with anyone who's not,,, AIMHO,,,,GLA

I believe that a deal is 99% completed . But that 1% is the sticking point, and both sides won't budge on probably one thing ? JB wouldn't be so confident in stating that discussions are at a advanced stage otherwise? The payment for our trials is probably agreed and even milestone payments agreed? Your exactly right, we are in the middle of a very long poker game, and JB is in the HOT seat here, he's holding out for a watertight punchy number deal, and one that leaves very little wriggle room for our licensing partner/ partners to get out of, just in case we have another Church &Dwight on our hands, he desperately wants to avoid that scenario. So he's effectively sitting tight on our demands, and the other side is using our limited cash balances to get what they want, But that could all change very quickly when the first early trial results come in ,,, I'm genuinely expecting a cross the board enhanced results from our 3rd trial, this indeed could trigger even more interest or a bidding war , and our current licensing pursuers could end up having loosing poker hands, JB is in a real tricky position, he needs to clarify our current med202 licensing position, and he needs to keep our licensing poker hand secret, so it's a real tricky position to be in. The very fact he told us , he hoped to conclude a deal within the first half of 2018 , And the other side is probably using this to there advantage. Futura medical what does the current share price tell us?
