Chariot 20 times for a current SP is a great offer,,,,,,,,it can be difficult to value a lot of smaller biotechs, As different companies can extract different amounts of value out of them, I genuinely believe most of our major pharmaceutical pursuers for our med gel could extract very substantial amounts of profit from the MED GEL ALONE, and mostly reckitt benckiser could extract the most value from our csd condom and med gel together, ,and sell off our pain portfolio to Thornton & Ross. I agree with a lot of what you've highlighted Pbody, it wouldn't be in the interest of crawshaws & BOD to publicise Specific badly trading stores, and as you said highlighting specific stores would only result in employees jumping ship and causing a distressed working environment. But surly the BOD have a responsibility to at least outline the "number" of stores that are trading profitably. And not naming any stores that are loss making, as shareholders deserve to have a accurate a picture as possible ,considering they own the company. Unless the number of loss making stores is at such a high level that by revealing this would indeed be seriously detrimental to crawshaws reputation and employee job security. I'm sure the 2sisters group would like to secure the 20% of meat deliveries to crawshaws and much more. �4+million per year and possibly seriously increasing that amount could make a bid more than likely, And the head office savings of 6/7� hundred thousand pounds , and roll out of the meat factory format could make a bid very compelling to the2 sisters group. Crawshaws hasn't been specific about which shops or how many shops are losing money. Any shop format that trades selling anything at near its lowest price will always be cutting things fine regarding making a reasonable profit, and if you get your offerings slightly wrong,then heavy losses will easily follow.,,,,,,,, every time they changed there offering they should have trialled it out in just a few strategic shops,,,,,to see what impact it had, some of the best people to gauge what customers will buy is the actual butchers in crawshaws own shops. Who can see very quickly whats selling and making a profit. And report back to head office at the end of the day or week. That might have been happening anyway, And consumer spending is just changing ,and crawshaws will keep on struggling to squeeze a profit from every store. If shareholders knew how many stores are profitable and the amount of losses from poorly performing stores ,then they could understand the size of the problems and could see clearly a pathway back to profitability. But crawshaws BOD are keeping quite on this front, as there could be a substantial amount of stores consistently losing small amounts of money. And management just can't get them into profit. If the 2sisters group took crawshaws over they could save at least a �6/7 + hundred thousand pounds in head office cost alone, and the cost of being on AIM . There's still value left in crawshaws but it will probably come down to , in who's interest it will benefit ,and 2sisters fits that Bill perfectly. In order to get a better deal for themselves, and that's the name of the game. And that's why sharp shooting negotiating advisors are employed for this task. They use every ploy in the book to get a lower royalty pay- out and lower upfront milestone payments. this part really should be left to guys that do this 24/7 ,,,and both sides know all the elaborate dirty tricks that can be pulled on each other. ,,,,,,JB ,,,,would be out of his depth trying to negotiate With types similar to Donald l trump,,,,,,albeit with more intelligence. Chariot it would be normal practice for a large shareholder to be given instructions to lighten there holding to put together a pot of cash to reinvest in another small cap, Or simple turn x amount of shares to just increase there cash holdings, it was only a small sale in there estimates. Futura really shouldn't need any cash at all for the foreseeable future, given that JB has stated we can expect our coffers to swell up when we get our MED GEL licencing sorted. And we easily have enough cash in the bank to carry on our own trial of just 1000 people. And money over. With the reduction on the headcount for the phase 3 trial / taking out the 08 dose of GTN ,we shouldn't now have any problems paying for our trial, and really just holding out for the best licencing deal's. I think it's now went from 1700 people down to 1000 people.,but please correct me if that's wrong. Even Pfizer didn't need a 08 dose for its own angina tablets or sprays. If it's good enough for them it's ok for us,,,,LOL,,,, Our phase 2 trial was a great success at the 02 GTN dose, and now we are tripling that dose with little or no differences with any safety issues. And surly we will only get a even better efficacy now.And possibly Increasing the amount of user's of our MED GEL. after looking at every other potion on prescription out their in the world, I can't find anything that can compare to every bar we've set with our MED GEL. There's a much higher chance of a bid now, than before JB put his proactive clip out. IMHO,And Pfizer could lead the bidding., After all they sell the nitrostat tablets and only use it at a 04 & 06 dosage,and it's there trials data we are piggybacking our MED GELS eventual submissions on. They must be very interested in our med gel , and the delay in signing of our licence could indeed be a positioning of the major multinational pharmaceutical companies weighing each other up before making any bid. The data on our med gel should only get better ,and unlikely to throw up any negative surprises. I personally emailed ian read Pfizers CEO on the 4th of April highlighting the advantages of owning futura medical and its products namely our MED GEL. A underlying operating loss of �2M can't be caused by 2 now closed high street shops, And a statutory loss of �13.5 m , it all in my mind is a culmination of a board of directors who don't have a clue how to stop losses quickly, and are not following or monitoring each shop closely enough for subtle changes profitability. Or consumer spending, and acting accordingly, get rid of most of the shop chain / sell them to the shop managers or other butchers who do know how to make a profit on the high street, and concentrate on quickly rolling out the factory meat outlets, after all these years of trading they must expect bad weather to impact sales, but not cause a yearly loss. God knows what the loss next year will be/ bad weather and paying 2 probably high severance packages, And a new management having to spend even more money reorganizing the whole high street shops format, The 2 sisters group must be looking at this situation and thinking just go in and cut out the dead wood, and Expand the meat factory format extremely quickly and get a 12 months payback from each individual investment, if a high. The real value it seems is in the factory shops.,,,,,,a pay back in 12 months of opening one, that sounds like the Jewel in the crown to me. The shops in the high street are under even more pressure with the bad winter , so expect a gloomy result, I would expect the biggest shareholder 2 sisters '' will be wondering how to make a sneaky bid at the right time or buy crawshaw out of a forced administration.. Vitaros was a poorly performing sexual enhancer with the 2.5 % dose of its active ingredient , never mind it's difficulties when actually applying or injecting the cream, down into the male urethra, which I personally find that difficult to understand / awkward, and that alone must deter many people from even trying it. So the FDA has asked for its active ingredients to be reduced to 0.5 % which in my opinion will make it ineffective or more accurately redundant and should be binned or sold for a nominal sum in case it's ingredients has some other applications in medicine. The data for its 2.5% active ingredients was poor around its percentage of people it actually worked on ,,,,IMHO,,,,, so it's effectively a dead product at the 0.5% dose . The FDA gave APRICUS 2 attempts at getting vitaros approved and over several long years and it just wasn't possible. And I'm astonished that the EMA is not taking a second look at VATAROS and rejecting it like the USA . IN short it's a great result for our MED GEL . But I genuinely believe our MED gel would have taken this whole market anyway. And our own bussiness model is built around a tried and tested long established Medications that can be reformulated to easily and quickly penetrate our skin. And that makes it safer and cheaper to get these reformulated products to market. ....it doesn't mean there's any guarantees, but it's substantially and statically much safer operating our bussiness model compared to the big pharmaceutical companies, pfizer spend $ 8 billion dollars per year in R&D So hopefully everything will run smoothly going into our 3rd trial and licensing contracts, the safety data on our active ingredient GTN/ MED GEL has been proven with data over nearly a 100 years ,and continues to be safely used in spray and pill form,and now put into a gel form......that's why futuras business model is so compelling ,and I believe beyond our med gel there is numerous other applications for our technology,, It's actually what the market needs and asking for, especially with our pain portfolio.
