So there's confidence or someone +in the know . I know one thing if I knew a signed med202 licence contract was nearing completion , I would find £30k quite quickly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,LOL,,,,,,,
It will be interesting to see how JB addresses his wish for that med202 licence contract to fall into the first 6 months of 2018.

I topped up yesterday and I've a 6% gain less than 42hrs later, more days like this please futura, I can't wait for our big deal to come through and multiply my investment several fold, our licensing pursuers are just trying to get the best deal for themselves, and who can blame them. They are desperate to sign, but they probably want the best terms possible, and so do we , our negotiating team will want a really tight no nonsense contract signed, and this poker game will come to a compromised conclusion . There was third parties interested in both our med202 and csd , but the advanced discussions parties are only interested in our med202. So I'm tentatively ruling out R&B now, Pfizer would go to the front now, then GSK , but I'm sure it's a big player as the money involved in upfront payments = 3rd trial etc and milestone payments would be substantial. And we will be the recipients of this massive investment in our med202 blockbuster, Let's just enjoy all this beautiful sunny weather and have a fantastic summer, and celebrate when our licensing news eventually comes through. Trent700 I believe the. 2 sisters /owners bought a stake in crawshaws for 15p and under the terms and conditions of that �5M stake , if they buy more shares within a certain period 12/24 months then they have to pay no less than 15p a share, so if the 2sisters wants to bid for the outstanding shares ,then they have to pay 15p a share or wait until that locked in period ends. That is if the 2sisters group wants crawshaws at all?, But I can see how attractive crawshaws could be to them, selling 100% of the 2sisters meat , they must be able to make that pay. �20M + worth of meat ? The concern for me is if crawshaws makes any substantial losses this year because of the bad weather and Poor high street outlook,then any large losses would destroy crawshaws financially, and who's going to give them another�5M the 2sisters group ! I think not.,,,,, If the 2sisters group could snap crawshaws up for around 10p then maybe.,,,but they are not allowed to below. That 15p price they paid for there last stake holding. JC23 is being bullish and he expects our SP to 're rate and head northwards in the next 2months, I would expect the same and even more, there's always the opportunistic chance of a early bid from one of our major pharmaceutical titans . We have a near guaranteed market for people who can't take the current Offerings of ED pills, when we get our med GEL cleared for OTC , then pharmacists will probably offer people our med gel if their customer can't take a viagra type pill. I genuinely believe a huge number of people will combine the viagra pill with our med gel.to get a turbo boosting sexual performance. Who wouldn't want to get a double sided sexual enhancer. Inside and outside of your body. As for our 3rd trial ,our GTN active ingredients, can in my estimations only improve on the results from our 2nd trial.,,,,,,,,, in other words help a greater number of people. Great news,,,,, When we get clarity around who and how many big pharmaceutical companies have signed up for our MED GEL And condoms, then I would expect some substantial upfront payments and milestone stage payments coming down the line . The upfront payments could and should substantially increase our SP. And it just takes the right companies to sell our condoms,and short to medium term our profit from our condoms should give us clarity as to just how much money we can make from our condoms. That should wet the appetite of most futura investors. And create a great confidence going forward with our MED GEL. ,,,,, our SP will have no option but to head northwards as investors pile in for a piece of futura medical. Aberdeen on iii is correct in thinking that futura hasn't give us a adequate explanation around our med 3rd trial delay , yes they did state in Q3 but not late in Q3,,, I would have though with all the time in between the 2nd and 3rd trial futura That we would have been ready Long ago with our CTA applications, I for one was of the impression that JB wanted to crack on ASP,,,,,so why the big delay, There could indeed be a very good regularity reason for the delay, so JB let's be having it. Aberdeens theories about Bayer being TTT. Has its merits ok. And the CTA applications do make you think. But in truth anyone with enough money to throw about, could snap us up, even the Chinese with state backing could make our stable of products pay them and us. From JB,,'s bodylanguage and statements I'm of the opinion that our med pursuers have him in Limbo around signing our med licence, our own special advisors are also playing them. And JB can't tell us that or mention to us they are delaying things,,,,,as he says licencing is progressing well......but only the other side knows how well, we are at the mercy of there delaying tactics, and unless another party crashes in, then they can delay signing for as long as they want. Even until next year if they choose. But hopefully it won't come to that, and maybe they are delaying for a straight bid for our whole company, JB probably wouldn't even know that, or he would have to declare any bid intentions. Today should have been expected, it's just a normal retrace and daily traders playing the chart predictions. And probabilities ,,,And making good money, we have had a good blue buying run for 3/4 days and it's only to be expected. Anything can happen with shares, our SP could be �1.50p tomorrow And it really wouldn't shock most investors. Because futura has that potential and more. It would just need one big pharmaceutical company to start the ball rolling, and all the other pharmaceutical companies Will be number crunching to see how much value they could get out of our stable of products, namely our MED GEL.I'm guessing they just might have already done that. it won't be to long before things really seriously hot up here,,,,,,,our CSD CONDOM launches and clarity around future sales targets, and bringing back momentum to shareholders confidence and potential of substantial Future revenue streams. Lastest statement about Pfizer not seeing anything worth buying at a reasonable price, and they would concentrate on there own R&D pipeline, I'm unsure now , but it does make great business sense to snap us up for a decent price. R&B looks our best bet OIMHO,,, and if they know we want and need there condom selling distribution networks, and we know they would want our MED GEL, then a stalemate situation would ensue , Now that's suites them as they can afford to wait a very long time. But we don't really have that luxuary. So somehow we have to force there hand ,and that could be tricky. It's more than strange reflex , it feels more like a injustice not to mark the SP up little.to at least match the previous days late buys. I would have thought 41p but 40 & 1/2p to actually buy,,,,, yes hard to understand at the best of times. GLA,,,,,

I don't know if we're going higher or lower tomorrow, as we do tend to retrace after a good decent blue run. Daringinvestor normally when a company is bought over everything your due from that sale immediately Should get deposited with your nominated broker IWEB share dealing etc, or a check sent to your home depending were your shares are held , and the money credited to your account, and if any other negotiated payment is due to you in that settlement, say from a extra future royalty will also follow ,by check or your nominated broker. It really depends on the terms of any offer and that would all be specified in the offer documents, so most people don't really have to concern themselves with chasing after money or future extra payments,,,,,,,,but mistakes can happen and you can always clarify any concerns with your nominated broker or the specific companies registar, I hope that helps a little ,,,,,GLA

The milestone payments are given to futura medical, to do whatever they want with. It's unlikely any money will ever be handed back to shareholders in the form of any type of dividend . But if a large enough upfront or milestone payment is given to us ,then that would normally increase our SP .and in doing so , enable shareholders to reclaim some financial gains from selling some of there shares.
