The commercialisation phase for a pre-revenue company i.e. the announcement of a first contract(s) is the most dangerous and challenging time for investors, especially for those that are carrying significant losses. If the first contract announcement disappoints in terms of revenue and/or margin then the SP will implode. If the first contract(s) is solid in terms of revenue and/or margin, then the SP will rise - but by how much and will it be enough to cover investors losses?

I suspect that there are a lot of investors hoping to be able to break even before bailing out if there is a solid contract announcement. The first mass exodus, at say 1.725p, will though crater the SP, leaving those needing 1.725p+ to break even still nursing losses, possibly even heavier losses than before the post announcement rise.

Tough times.

The current conflict in Iran has shown that, in addition to AI and drone capabilities, a country still needs conventional weapons, bombs and missiles, and the platforms to deliver them i.e. aircraft and ships.

If your average buy price is say 2p, you will need a near 400% rise in the SP just to get you back to where you started.

The big question is, do you throw more good money after bad to average down to say 1.15p and just hope that there is a bounce if, a big if, a contract is announced.

But what if the contract doesn't generate much revenue and/or profit? The SP will collapse and we could easily see 0.05p again.

A living nightmare for investors.

ALRT is currently a hope, hype and speculation stock.

As fund managers continue to pivot towards consumer staples businesses, IMHO MCB's SP will rise steadily. Add in that the business is undervalued and, again IMHO, MCB's SP could double over the next 12 months.
