Funny how my posts are reported and removed whenever I say something negative about ALRT. To me, that shows just how many people on this BB are seriously under water on ALRT. Alas, many will drown financially.

To be clear, I think that ALRT is a ship wreck waiting to happen.

So far these dudes have bought 1% of ALRT's issued shares. That is 24,700,000 shares. If they bought at an average of say 1.15p, that will have cost the dudes £284,050. That is quite a gamble if you aren't certain that it will pay off.

The only thing that ALRT is getting closer to pal is the financial cliff edge.

IMHO, the real driver for the SP will be the Injectaclad business unit. The market for the product is measured in hundreds of millions of pounds, and the Injectaclad product is a totally unique, time and cost saving solution.

The charts are indicating the shares are heading towards overbought. That is usually followed by a retrace for the SP. For me, that will be a buying opportunity.

The Five Year Plan states that by 2029/2030, turnover will be circa £130m with EBITDA at circa 35%. Say that translates to 15% net profit before tax i.e. £19.5m. With a PE of say 17.5 (the median for companies like ALRT), that would give a market cap of circa £341.25m. Divide that by say 3bn or so shares (expect many more shares to be issued to fund the business over the next 4 to 5 years) and you get an SP of 11.4p.

And all of that assumes that ALRT can sell its wares. The problem is, what country would put its defence in the hands of a company the size of ALRT? Bongo Bongo Land possibly.
