What's the ADR ratio? Finished $25.50 up 33.93% on NASDAQ (which is open Boxing Day by the way) so I'm guessing 12?
Opened a position here yesterday and added today on the back of the AJ Bell recommendation.
Good timing (which has been a rarity overt the last 12 months).
Can't find any reason for this rise yet though.
Brighty - I agree with everything you've said there.
LeddachJack - Long long overdue!
It's just a shame they wrap up about 5 RNS's into 1
You may as well forget your current investment.
This is a new totally linear opportunity, available at a fraction over 0.25p if you time it right.
One drill, one chance, Success or bust.
As soon as she said they'd need to raise cash for the second drill a few weeks ago she doomed the company.
She's responsible for trashing the share price and thus making it impossible to raise cash at an even half sensible price. Any CEO knows you don't give AIM investors prior warning of a raise (it's usually just your mates, yes?)
Naive and unfortunately incompetent action.
0.25p (73% discount) and some very serious dilution
£5.8million to be raised
Just call me Nostradamus LOL
I expect the BoD would like to exercise their own warrants but couldn't while this RNS was pending.
Inside information is cleared now. Just my thoughts, we'll see if the Director Buying RNS lands soon too.
Betterlife.
I know I'm not on more than her. I'm retired and invest in Co's like VAL... I'm not a high earner!!! LOL
Can't spend what you don't have. Could be her whole Christmas and more spent on VAL shares... could be pocket money.
She's not the best paid Boss on AIM.
There are Main Listed CEOs that contribute far less.
Very under valued so not impossible that PE are sniffing around. It would need to be towards 200p to interest any of the cornerstone investors though.
...and it creeps up again. 130p now.
Pity for all the PIs that sold out at 110p.
Mary
I agree with your 12 December post. At the first sign of interest rates being cut the share price here will improve dramatically. Mid 100's very comfortably.
HTWS is a money making machine with a little bit too much debt because of their phase of growth.
Questionable business model...... OMG, what an A-hole
Stt1 - I've never come across a poster trying so hard to mislead and deceive. Constantly asking for debate and discussion but never responding when their posts are shown to be bull. What a way to waste your life.
Yep, good update from a super company. Dividend is pretty good comparably too.
Great news and potentially huge for GAW going forward (although amusing that they couldn't be trying any harder to play it down LOL)
They're filling orders for IIs clearly. Even when the below average price trades are in the majority, the price is creeping up.
They want shares but aren't going to pay more than they need to, and who would? Sit tight, this recognition of true value is well overdue.
A good reply. I wish a few of my others would be so open and honest.
Stopped clocks... blind squirrels... etc
VAL is an AIM company. If you say every day there's going to be a placing, then once a year you're going to be right.
You don't need to be a genius (or a Troll) to work that out.
