GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
There’s the better offer. Another 10p, circa 9%. Still about 80-100p light. I also note it says final offer.
I hope the major shareholders tell them to do one and call for board changes.
An excellent Company that will return Capital Growth and a Dividend.
Probably why it doesn't get much RI interest. Not risky enough or a stupid investment. ;-)
Alternatively, for those with a brain, it's about as close as you can get to a guaranteed return on AIM.
Interesting sudden move down today, which the trades don't really support.
I've added another 110,000. I still see this as great potential return, I've just no idea when.
At least he just made introductions and then backed off - Maybe he's learning.
Happy to hold and watch this progress for a few years.
That is a huge statement of intent.
Up 300% premarket in the US on signing a licence agreement worth over half a billion dollars.
That's what a licensing agreement can do for the share price. It'll happen here soon.
In the end a sale will come out of the blue.
Bottom drawer if you have the patience.
The SP peaked at 248p last December and was steady at 220p for a period before the Profit Warning from the Company.
Recommending Shareholders accept an offer 110p is scandalous. The BoD should stand down and let people with vision and integrity do the job.
I think the BoD have got themselves in trouble here. There's definitely a momentum building to vote against,
A quote from Coast Capital, a 5% shareholder - 'The Boards behaviour is incomprehensible. They have demonstrated to us that they're incapable of looking after shareholders best interests' - Sunday Times
No doubt looking after their own though. I'll be holding and voting against.
Now the CEO spends £1m on shares.
If that doesn't give you some confidence then nothing will.
…and some more.
Starting to look like when and not if.
The more I think about this deal the more it annoys me. So under valued.
Times article today suggests the same.
Are there enough people outside of those looking after themselves to vote against it though?
Negotiations should start at 150 not finish at 110. Grrrr
Any Director purchase is positive.
Doesn't matter how much they spend. You know they're not doing it to lose money.
110p
Disappointingly under valued. Comfortably worth 50% more and if held for another 12 to 18 months it would be.
Not impressed
Sorry, that was a bit brief.
It's part of a Mining Summary report from Berenberg. It mentions the Albemarle Deal being offer and then says about the trading halt. Not sure how linked the 2 aspects are really.
This too - Liontown trading halt to raise funds
There's a lot to like in that update.
The corner has been turned.
Another Direct buy. Good size too.
Well there shouldn't be a speeding ticket because it's obvious what everyone's waiting for... the announcement that the JV's completed. It's not an unknown that the Company need to declare no knowledge of, and that's ignoring the fact that MAST is massively undervalued anyway.
It's safe for the market to take the share price anywhere it thinks it ought to go until 'mid-October'.
Nice to see. Can't imagine why they wouldn't at this level.
