Somewhere to put 1-1.5k ( when I get it) followed this for a while .. Have noticed the pj masks on telly so have my twins and they are hooked they still like Peppa but are starting to move on now there approaching 5.. Also peppa pig world is only down the road from me and I remember they built it for 6million expecting to recoup it in 5 years .. It took them 1!! It's a private family owned theme park but the toys and clothes fly out the door and not in miss rabbits helicopter either... It's still busy it's still well loved and not looking like running out of steam yet...

wowsers I haven't looked at this share for a while and can't believe it's dropped so low.. Luckily for once I managed to get out at a decent price in Aug thinking I'll buy back at £2... This looks a steal at nearly a £1 .. Come back destination maternity and offer that £3 again!,, I say " this looks a steal" would like to know what's going on behind the scenes would only invest £1k but need to sell something else as I'm skint and all tied up elsewhere

Should be a happy new year with the integration of the spirt purchase complete and more people starting to eat out more.. Do I hear £10 a share this year anyone? Well at least it pays a divi I'm off to bank my whopping £11! X

Well sad it finished the way it did a lot of people left with burnt fingers but that's what you get chasing a dream sometimes and sometimes a bird in your hand is worth two in a bush as they say I was lucky enough to get my money back and leave my profit at the time (£400)as a free ride .. Well may have a bite of the apple when I get some funds through... But in a tough market it seems to be holding its own.

Formly of Tesco owns 7.5% .. This was tipped as one of shares magazine 15 tips for the year lets see how it does.. May put a little punt on this but need huge reversal in Tesco share price 1st

Not sure why it rose so much today when you look at how the funds are doing... ( a link on share chat dated 27 August) I know they got off to a flyer in the 1st two months up 5-8% on certain funds and then bang (as I bought a few more certainly bad timing on my part when I should of cleared house) they have plummeted since to be in many cases posting a loss for the year..

Out there at the moment in the markets I cashed out 3 of my 4 buys for a 1.2k profit (alas the 1000 I bought at 217 I've left in on the slight chance they get back up there eventually) hoping apron hope I can buy back in around 230 but most of the time do the opposite of what I do you'll be fine!

Well it's been a good journey Mtc but it's time to say good bye too many tailwinds blowing around so going to bank the profit while it's still there (1.3k a rare win ) if you follow the market down I may pop back but for now good luck to all..

Could be affecting things AHL was also down 5.4% last week which didn't help.. Let's hope for some good news this week with their interim statement and no hung parliament ..

So he has sold his stake at 140 a share a 13.5% discount according to the share news so someone else has bought them they must think it's a good investment and the overhangs gone.. The company will be able to buy back some more shares at a lower price good news for them .. And the oil price is up 20% in the last 30 days happy days all round. I just wish he done this before I bought in!!

Is getting closer as of 24 March we was in 109th place £400 million behind 100th which was rexam and we've.. So I topped up one last time here 1,000 at 217 so 4 tranches in all I've been in around 190 117 78 and now 217 is it too high who knows they have no debt are buying back shares and most of there funds are off to a flyer compared to last year a conviction buy rating ( meaning a 30% chance of a takeover bid ).. Hopefully claw a bit back from Tesco loses 😃

Well I didn't know that but I do now. so the goal posts move a little further away for the time being.. I had a look and 90 th is currently held by smiths group and is worth 4.5billion some good news here is I equated it to about 260p.. 260 end of year would be good although 90th will be 5billion by then to.. But onwards and upwards bit by bit " every little helps "

Well as of March 3 we were ranked 117 and 100th in the ftse 100 was held by sports direct at 4 billion.. We are edging ever closer...

Man was ranked 125th at £2.8billion automatic entry is at 90th held by G4s worth £4.2 billion 100th to 110th your in the promotion zone 100th tullow oil at£3.7billion and 110th is invest tec securities(or what ever it's called!)at £3.3billion so at 185 we should be in the shuffle zone where on a quartley basis 3 get promoted to the ftse100 and 3 leave 206 were worth £3.6bln and by my reckoning we should sneak in at 220 when we worth around 3.9bln ( June maybe ???? Fingers crossed )

looks like the only fund to take a hit was the GLG macro and special situations fund at -9.4.. all the ahl funds ticking along nicely so far the main one up over 4.7%.... the others 3% 5% and 1.2% not a bad start to the year if I say so myself.. so whats gonna come along and torpedo the good start something usually rears its head eventually but im staying put as ever..
