has been very quiet the last couple of days. I'm itching for some news, its hard to be patient when I initially thought this would be a quick in and out many moons ago........
With that said if WSG can hold off on any news until the beginning of March I will have a final £10k I can throw at this!
A few more days like this (if we hold 11.5p or higher) and this will come on to a few radars.
We might then see 15-18p pre-news, which would be a much better base to build from, for obvious reasons.
I am seriously considering getting more at these levels, but already have an unhealthy amount as an overall percentage of my portfolio. Not sure if in this case, greed is the right way forward. I'll kick myself if we do hit £1 and I didn't add, but the flip side doesn't bear thinking about.......

I'm hopeful for an update on Iran which is a little bit more than "we are still working on it". Probably won't get it though. Its a massively frustrating situation and after all this time of holding I'll stick it out to the bitter end I think, but I've timed this all wrong in holding my money here. You live and learn I guess.
With the tech contract, I agree that unless we see more of these over the coming months, even if they are smaller contracts, the market it unlikely to attribute too much value to it tho its obviously useful in staving off another placing.
Presuming that is indeed the case and its ~£9m, do you think it'll have an effect either way on the SP?
Personally, I think it might give a small bump, but don't think the majority of PIs are here for anything other than the Iran contract, so don't think it'll have a major effect.
If we get an encouraging snippet on Iran as well, then that might get things moving properly.
Nobody knows for sure whether Iran will go ahead or not, not even WSG. Entirely possible, although unlikely that Iran just pull the plug, so its just opinions only.
Based on historical evidence and general company trustworthiness, the market doesn't put too much weight on what WSG says (understandable), its waiting for what is actually achieved.
The rest of us form an opinion and buy/short accordingly. Its way more of a punt than other shares, although if things go well here, it'll be easy to say in hindsight "it was obvious Iran would go ahead because of x,y,z" whereas right now, all those statements have to be taken with a pinch of salt.
WSG are certainly making the right moves and right noises. They obviously expect things to start moving and are preparing for when that happens.
Million dollar question is whether they are right or not.
I think the answer is yes, but market doesn't seem to agree otherwise we wouldn't be wallowing sub 10p. Will be a very interesting couple of months one way or another.
Final top up from me today, 87,070.Brings average to 11.5p so am hopeful of a big upside from here.
Think we should see 13-15p with a positive general update and then we are waiting on Iran.
No it doesn't.Understandable given past performance.
All holders, including me are either being very clever or very stupid.
Hopefully its clever..........
DHC - I'm as confident as I've ever been with this stock right now. Agreed on the points below and good to hear that WSG are not dependent on the SPV, but it might help.
We don't have a great record with MOU conversion, so personally am not expecting that to be converted before end of year, if at all. I've always considered this to be a completely binary share and all based on the Iranian contract - even if that technically isn't the case.
Nice to see it ticking up again today.
I doubled my holding the other month when it ran up to 14p as I assumed (incorrectly as it turns out) that things were moving and perhaps there had been a leak.
If it starts going again then I will probably add more. There is an argument that I should be doing that at these levels and not wait, but already have quite a few more than I really should have, so if I do add more I'll want a little more certainty before I commit.
A signed contract should easily support a share price of 70p or so and multiples of 70p if possible future work in the area is agreed off the back of this, which people will start to do over time.
Exciting times!
I know we've been told that this will happen in November, but will it be RNSd do you think?
Might provide a little short term boost.
That does sound very promising.
I have not been here nearly as long as others (early 2018), but already I'm getting impatient.
Am not going to start high fiving myself just yet though as I'd been following this for at least a year previously and thought I'd timed my move to perfection. Apparently not :)
Appreciate I haven't been here as long as others, but the only reason I invested was for the big contract. Its always been binary for me as whether the underlying business can keep things ticking over or not, if Iran fails then the sp will get absolutely hammered regardless of what spin people try to put on it.
First post on here, but have lurked for around 6 months or so.
The 68,105 at 14.71p just now was mine.
Have a similar amount bought a few months ago at 13.5, the day after it dropped from 20p.
Very happy with the last couple of weeks worth of news so have decided to top up. Shame to miss the low, but things weren't looking particularly great then and much prefer to buy in slightly higher when things look a little more de-risked.
Would love to see 50-60p on the confirmation we're going ahead and think that is a realistic target initially, then moving much much higher as things progress after that.
I don't have any great insight I can share with anyone, I just like the story here and have welcomed all the discussion over the last few months, positive and negative.
