The big one for me - why is it optimised for mobile use? This is (meant to be) an information heavy website designed for professionals and not consumers. IMO is should be optimised for PC first and mobile second (or even better, 2 entirely different templates for PC & mobile viewing).
Viewing on a standard 27" monitor the testimonials alone occupy the majority of screen space at size 31 font! (also there is a typo in one of them...)
