I don't agree with timing, or necessarily the decision, but can see why the BOD did it. I think they have been getting over excited about the EWT results and the fact Helium, Hydrogen etc are the new buzz words and thought let's grab another company. Let's expand while the going is good. Can only hope they have called it right because we all know what happens to companies that expand too fast! Dilution here is getting a bit too much for my liking but happy with my holding for time being. Need to see next results which I think/hope will be good.

It "could" be that the concentrate hasn't been sold because a buyer didn't want it to be. It was part of the parcel for a sale. It will certainly be used as collateral for any loan. So again, let's just wait for the outcome, no pointing whining on here daily. See you at the next RNS

For me it is not over until it is in writing. If they get the loan then it would suggest they have shown something to that lender that convinces them their money is safe. Otherwise they won't lend it. It is that simple. So let's see what happens before writing all off shall we.

The end game here, and for all junior miners, is not to get to production, that is for the big boys. It is to prove up and hopefully get bought out by those same big boys. Even a JV won't be for free. The savvy BOD's simply look for the exit game. Anything else is pie in the expensive sky. I hope that is the plane here. I think it is way of thinking at BlueJay. Well............the clowns that suggesting 10 baggers were exactly that, clowns! The results were very good, but........a lot of the value was already priced in by the SP rising over last month. A lot of normal AIM hype involved by usual crew. They need a JV for this now and I am very hopeful they will secure one after all the tests completed. I expect very good results but with "fractured" you never know if it will flow.

The raise, and further dilution, was very unexpected for me, given last 12 months, and the timing is a joke! Which idiot decided it was a good idea to pee on our parade of good EWT results with dilution/raise at same time? seriously? There are an awful lot of shares in play here now. I agree with some that more money will be needed for this unless they get that JV. Finding Gas/oil/gold, anything, is one thing, getting it out of the ground and to a market is another all together. Mining shares are for the patient, if you believe in them. Or, of course the traders of which there are plenty on here!

I, like I think others, sold some first thing this morning and on a free ride here now. I will keep what I have for the longer play. I think 12-18 months for a decent pay off. Good luck all
