Totally agree, some don't read them and some read them but don't understand them. The difference between sand and rock for example. They don't understand what JORC means. They don't understand sentences like below

"The Company will now aim to undertake a low cost JORC compliant exploration target, to further advance the concept"

They don't understand that with all the new and historical data that might be enough (without further drilling) to sell an asset. Some companies want in as early as they can as the price is lower. Bluejay will have a data room which interested will be given access to. If interested enough then DD follows. Could even be going on now for all we know. As they have said there is more than one interested party in an asset. So which do you think it could be? Do you think there are others more advanced? what data on that has attracted a buyer? Other companies out there are not fools. They have their own teams of geologists etc and a deal of expertise. They just don't have our licences and without them you have nothing. Think on folks.........

Some on here go on about past management, rightly so, however it is different now. Eric is highly respected, a man Kobold undoubtedly happy to see. They are sharply focused on where they are going, cost cutting and share holder benefit. So let's have a bit of patience ffs! 3 great RNS in short space of time and whiners are off because SP doesn't continue in a straight line up. Ashton, I admire you for defending your share, you are knowledgeable. Fact is if genuine holders don't bother to do their own research, don't believe in what the company are doing, or let themselves be scared by these types then they deserve to be fleeced! Dundas for dummies - read the obvious, do you not know anything about JORC? They are doing "low cost JORC" of new resources. That means when done ready to sell, and they will. There will be NO intention to mine it. You get it ready for others to do that. This low cost JORC will not take that long, Wait and see!

When the update on Kobold RNS comes out it will be very good imo. But watch for the swarm of sheet flies that suddenly appear again on here knocking it. It is what they do, in all guises. It could say sold for 10 billion and they would still find fault with it. Filter the twonks!

Telling you now anybody who thinks we will drill this ourselves is brain dead. What part of JV don't they understand? We hold the licences where all the goodies are. Dundas, needs no drilling, already JORC and the new DOUBLE resources are getting a low cost JORC. That means proved up and ready to sell. To think we will mine Dundas is again laughable.

The same will happen will Disko, already there is a huge amount of new and historical data. There is a very strong possiblity that a third partner will come in alongside to drill it for a %. So likely free ride for us. The drilling will mesh with Kobold hi tech AI proven tech to be the dream team. Then when all is revealed it is likely the third party will buy out both us and Kobold. It is the way it is done. All imo, and experience.

As for other licences be a similar approach, we, ourselves drill nothing. We own licence and all in that licence. We should all new data, and historical to potential partner. They see it is very likely the resources there and they commit to drilling for a % and likely first dibs on a buyout. Drilling costs to big boys are every day occurrence.

The BOD are doing everything right imo as last 3 RNS clearly show. What happened previously and the feck ups made might as well have been a different company for what it matters now. I really like what I see and hear in interviews. Clear plan, focused, cost cutting, parties already eyeing up our assets. The future is bright. Our licences and the whole countries stink of resources. Why you think folk doing their thing already. Others trying to get in. These areas are just about to take off and be Europe's answer to Russia. Feck off we don't need your sheet Putin twonk!

Then onto the jewel that is Disko. So if some, all of above sold, already JV with Kobold, plus strong likelihood of a drilling partner, then why are folk convinced of a placing? The BOD won't dilute themselves unless they have to and IF it were to happen it will undoubtedly strengthen the company anyway. I reckon it would be over subscribed and Green Fund Investment Managers wanting a slice. So it might be above SP lol.

Ashton, I agree with most you say. In my mind I have been thinking along the line that a third partner will be brought in to drill Disko. I don't think Kobold see that as their skill set and want to integrate their superb AI technology alongside a driller. I have no problems if that is the case. I don't think someone like AA would need much convincing to get involved given the data already available. It is cheaper for them to get involved now than later after a huge find. So by bringing in some one like AA we might give a way a % but likely on a free ride and possible cash injection as well. I would settle for that.

Also as you say it is obvious to me that they are on the cusp of selling an asset, maybe it will be Dundas. That would raise funds again to sustain us. Then of course I am sure they are already negotiating with Governments for funding/grants. I strongly believe they will get them. Why would they not? Lots of countries are desperate to get investors/companies in to expand their green credentials and for the future of their country. There is no going back on these policies. We are in early, in first mover position, already have great relations with very stable green friendly governments. What's not to like? Apart from the constant dribbling twets that take turns on here.

The Fact is simply HE1 is the flavour of the week..........at the moment. You only have to look over there to see the super ramping, much of it from odious types who were deramping here! Watch them flip again soon enough. Well I won't because I simply filter them, much better for the blood pressure lol

HE1 leap on basically no new news was strange, simply driven by the herd. There will be no REAL news for at least 6 weeks over there until drilling and EWT done. That is a fact!

Many seem to think it is nailed on. No, it isn't, nothing is, the drill bit will do the talking. I have been in so many over the years. Expect the unexpected is what I live by now. Seen so many with great Seismic and Geology only from Well to collapse, or fractures weren't what they thought, gas/oil there but can't get it to flow. And many more things can go wrong! On the flip size what wasn't looking great turns into fantastic finds. You simply have to wait. However, I don't wish HE1 shareholders any ill, hope it works out for them. Intimated I might buy in there nearer EWT results as a binary punt. I don't care if I pay a bit more later to get in. Although I expect their SP to drop down on no news. I would rather wait to see no problems with drilling etc. There will be time to get in if I wish.

Here the fact is we have had 3 consecutive RNS, in a short time, all with great news. A deal better than HE1 imo.

However, fact is folk jumped ship here taking profits to jump on HE1 bandwagon. They will jump back soon enough. Unfortunately on AIM you can have great RNS and price drops. The potential and resources of this company are there for all to see. You have to show patience. IMO we will be selling assets, or whole company, then you will be glad you stayed the distance.

Fact again, half of AIM buyers have no idea about the company. They glance at RNS, don't do any background research, clueless on BOD etc. That is why they are called the herd, just follow the next hot thing regardless.

The new BOD here have done everything right IMO. It is not there fault the SP had dropped. How much good news can you release? Well I know a goodie Re Kobold will be out soon. Even possibly that asset sale? I reckon Dundas be sold as well. Get the low cost JORC for updated resources (double) will be granted the whole licence and there you packaged up for a bigger entity to get mining. GLA

All the info is out there, more happening every day. Also it is a fact that the big investment houses/funds have an ever expanding Green Portfolio of Investments. Their share holders basically demand it nowadays. Therefore more and more investment with flow into this sector. Their will be fund managers looking to make investments now, looking at small companies like us that have huge potential for massive returns. They take punts as well.
