Tried IG and Interactive Investors ...neither quoting or allowing orders....whats going on?
MANAGEMENT... if you reading this please get your house into order. You need to look hard and fast at addressing your overheads relative to your income before you kill the company!!!
Aim regulators where are you? You are allowing businesses are run into the ground by mismanagement! Small investors need direct channels to the regulators that flash red when enough numbers have raised serious concerns about management. When they go out of alignment with the long-term interest of share holders and in the bigger picture the health and wealth of the nation, UK Plc.
Currently, it is like the wild west and individuals are bleeding the companies to death.
Great post Nero120,
Thanks for blowing away all the fog put out by disgruntled posters!
Thanks
Do you mean 0.20p?
Totally agree with Trisor,
The regulators are incompetent and as usual asleep at the wheel!!!
We need the governments and regulators to enshrine the following :
As part of the compliance and fundamental rights for shareholders the management teams should not be allowed to reward themselves and fill their pockets unless the have delivered value all round and only then be entitled to a fair share of the gain.
It's stomach churning that these fraudsters fill their pockets with high salaries and bonuses while the ship is sinking and the value is falling for all shareholders in the company. This happens far too often!!!
Not one these bast..rds would get a job with the likes of Warren buffet.
Good luck to all genuine investors in this company.
I think there is a real failure on the part of major shareholders to root out the "ALL TALK" and "NO REAL ACTION" CEO's of companies. They have the leverage and resources to turf out the CEO's that are failing in their leadership roles, failing to deliver real progress and so failing to add value for shareholders!
Unfortunately, CEO's and directors stay on the salary gravy train because they have so much room to maneuver just on the right side of the compliance laws. When the gravy runs out they simply do another round of cash raise and continue to suck the company dry in a parasitic fashion!!! They do not exhibit the ethics of the Warren Buffets of this world!!
The investment game is a risky one at best but It is unfairly stacked against the small private investors, who have little rights or protections against being taken to the cleaners by CEO and boards that run the companies !!
I have seen many companies that have been steered into the ground by poor CEO's with a collection of poor management teams...the regulators are useless at preventing the inevitable demise.
When major investors fail to awake from their reverie, I think it's then time for a suitable individual investor/s with sufficient know how to galvanise a share action group and take legal advise to affect a change at the top while the company is still alive ...I'm ready to join!
Mr T,
Having a good captain can make all the difference to the team play.
For example look at MTL which was slowly dying and nearly did with all the debt. The major shareholders head hunted
Darren Bowden as the new CEO. Then from day one of his tenure he began making changes all the way down to the mining cat! The result after a couple of years is a great trajectory for the company and all the Pi's!!!
So many CEO's are just on the salary gravy train slowly bleeding the companies to death and little improvement in prospects. I think a lot more investors should wake-up to this fact and be proactive in showing those individuals the exit door!
Personally, I agree with Kwadoko,a man who can decimate the share prices of so many companies that he has been the CEO does speak volumes and perhaps we need to smell the coffee on this guy!
However, for some reason you seem to have confidence in the man...well we shall see...
Should PI's form an action group to remove this loser and get a new CEO?
Mr T,
Are you sure you mean 0.02p? It is at 0.09 on the Bid today! :)

News article in the Telegraph.....Luke Johnson has won lawsuit against auditors of £200m...
"A criminal investigation into the business and accounting practices of individuals associated with parent company Patisserie Holdings is still being conducted by the Serious Fraud Office."
McColls board in my thinking are guilty of not presenting a fair picture to the shareholders of the "parlous financial position the business was in"!
Had the true picture been revealed, they would not have been successful in the £30M raise!
We can't let the McColls get away with using smoke & mirrors treacherous betrayal of the company's shareholders!
Anyone capable and prepared to lead the charge with a shareholder action group to explore our options?
Prciey2019 - You left out 3 zeros, My calculator says £25,60,000 * 80% =£20,480,000

You've made some good point there Lee and I have taken them on board-- Thank you!
GamblingAnalyst...Your take offers a plausible explanation as to why the Directors are not currently putting their own skin in the game...Thank you!
The two key investors have already milked the company handsomely by taking all the bank debt at a 60% discount and are now busy collecting interest on the full original debt, never mind the mezzanine debt interest figures..so no great worry on their part about shareholder value in terms of SP. Looks like the private investors are currently left out in the cold!
As for the POG , I feel the the technical chart perspective is implying least test of the Mar 21 low ~$1673. Could it go lower who knows!! However, my overriding opinion is that we are in a secular bull market for GOLD, with much higher prices of $2500+ in the coming years, and the reason I'm still here.
The above are just my opinions and of course do your own research before taking any action.

The why have we not seen any director buys?
Why are they not putting some skin in the game?
Do they know something that we don't?

Pete and his cronies should go...Is it not time the big shareholders (ii) smelled the coffee!
What is required is a new leaner management to get the ball rolling!
Totally cheesed of with this waffler!!!
If so many feel that Fowler clan are not good for the business, is it not time to form a share action group and ask for a change of CEO etc. ?
I for one would be happy to join and convey the right message to BOD rather then die by a thousand cuts!
CarefreeCarry - Fair comments ..Lol!
It's always one law for the rulers and another for the general population...Animal farm comes to mind!
However, best to keep on our toes now that there has been a regime change, lets hope that sins of the father do not re-visit!
